Sorry I'm so late. I think the order only covers what it says, leaving Michael in charge until Terri's parents and Michael can come up with a new guardian. IOW, 'til the last minute on the last day during these crucial days for Terri.
Few would suspect that Felos, Schiavo and the press would behave this badly with the world watching, imho.

Question:
If Terri's family haven't been the guardian for all of this time, and haven't had access to her medical records, how is it that they then have evidence to support their claims regarding her medical condition? Have they accessed these records via the legal system, and had their own doctors evaluate Terri, and this was then put into evidence in the court record?
If these conflicting records from both sides reside with the courts, can't the public obtain them?

The new GAL-in-waiting is apparently someone who is on the board of the hospice (because of course there will not be agreement between the 2 parties on a mutual choice, at least I would think not at this point).
