Hospice should be afraid that OTHER people will sue them. They're bound by Federal regulations and state regulations. There's a record of who paid to keep her there that must be explained. Getting her on Medicaid at this late date isn't going to cut it. Spending the rest of her monies ~ the $65,000 ~ to seek judgment on a Law he hopes is unconstitutional ~ it sounds like she will be physically safe from "husband" for the moment, but the man needs the FReeping of his life.

Floriduh voter, gear up for battle. Dearly beloved thinks the public is on his side. He needs to know better, and there are four days to do it.

Do we have an email address for the Felos guy? If we haven't been freeping him, we need to. Then we will know without a doubt that most of his emails are not encouraging, even if he lies about it. We must be VERY careful though that NONE of our words to him could be construed as threatening. I don't want any of the good guys here getting sued since we know that guy likely would sue anyone he could if he thought he could get any money out of it.

Dearly beloved thinks the public is on his side.

I would bet money that the only reason for this is the gross misrepresentation in both the press and the polls, referring to Terri as having "been in a coma for 13 years" or the "brain-dead Florida woman" or some other such tripe. The AOL poll in question termed it just that way...should the comatose woman be allowed to die, or kept alive? Yellow journalism at its finest.
