I would bet money that the only reason for this is the gross misrepresentation in both the press and the polls, referring to Terri as having "been in a coma for 13 years" or the "brain-dead Florida woman" or some other such tripe. The AOL poll in question termed it just that way...should the comatose woman be allowed to die, or kept alive? Yellow journalism at its finest.
Every poll I've seen have referred to Terri as comatose. It is so infuriating to see Schiavo and Felos perpetrating this fraud on the people virtually unchallenged by a complicit media.
