14 states showed up for Terri. At least 15 of them were freepers to begin with but by the end of today, at least 10 more became freepers.

Terri's sister was just on Bay News 9 thanking everyone who has been out there for 7 or 8 days. The Schindlers are just great people. What an experience. Close encounters of the best kind it was.

Please tell me it's just too close to Halloween and someone from the Hemlock Society dressed up like a priest. I couldn't believe him. A priest to utter such! My faith in most everything has been shattered this past week.

My mother was told that I would never walk, talk or even control my own bowels. I do all those things and even managed to snag a really wonderful husband and produce and teach two children after I went to college. No, doctors aren't all knowing.

A priest who is concerned about Terri's dignity and rights would annul the broken marriage and grant her parents legal authority and pray for her recovery and the truth of her situation to be revealed. He would not concern himself about her "death rights" - LIFE is his business.

There is more in the fund than the $50,000 mentioned in an earlier post since many of the legal bills haven't yet been paid. If the mutant gets the remainig cash he gets to pay his lawyer with Terri's money. If he doesn't, he'll have to pay out of his own pocket. So, yes, he's after Terri's trust fund, although, as you stated, the money is not a major worry.

I think you misunderstood my point. If he's raided the trust fund, I would think that could make him legally guilty of attempted murder.

Oh, if I could only type as fast as floriduh voter and Ragtime Cowgirl!!!

To sumarize the Jesuit priest and Senator Webster....I'd rather obtain spiritual guidance from the Senator!

Report is finished. Nothing more than a couple of clips with Schiavo and Felos at the beginning. She's been this way for years....yada..yada. Very brief. Didn't appear to have been taped since today's events.

How this could have been stretched to have been called an ACCIDENT is completely beyond me! If it was a heart attack due to a potassium imbalance, that's not an accident, that's illness. If it was that he beat her, that's no accident either and he sure couldn't collect. If it's being STARVED BY COURT ORDER...!

And I'll add to your add that HE wanted the plug pulled and his wife had a FIT. Obviously, she talked him out of it.

If I remember correctly, she said "you're still Steve. You're still you!" something to that effect, anyway.

A vigilant Terri guardian angel was hiding in the bushes and reporting back to the command center from the Hospital. She wasn't a freeper but man, I think Tennessee has some great folks.

This was such a massive effort that it will take a few days in isolation to wind down like an astronaut.

Point I'd not considered. Michael's claim in the malpractice case contradicts his claim on the insurance. Just like anything else he claims it seems...

I only fault Jeb for not whipping the legislature into shape sooner so that Terri wouldn't have had to suffer this past week and now she has to recover too.

Maybe he's been talking to his lawyers all week, and figuring out how he would be able to accomplish this and make it stick.

I have no idea because I'm so tired I can't think straight...but it certainly would explain a lot of things with Terri's case..

Supposedly the malpractice suit money has been used for legal fees....

Michael and Felos both could get a lot of money from such a deal.

I just emailed it to WorldNetDaily and will send to Fox tomorrow, I really should get some sleep!

This Jesuit sounds like a candidate for explusion from the Catholic priesthood and removal to the Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire.

I think it would have to do with the grounds on which he won the medical malpractice lawsuit. That the doctors had misdiagnosed Terri, therefore not treated her appropriately, which is what caused her to be in a PVS. Maybe he could've stretched that into calling her death an accident?
