Maybe you should ask Moderator to delete the phone numbers in the letter. As I recall, the mods cannot edit a post. They can only delete it. Then it could be re-posted without the phone number.

I asked the mods to either delete the post or the numbers and I can repost it minus the numbers. I'll go ahead and repost minus the numbers just in case he deletes the post. (which is likely.)
The letter below was faxed successfully to President Bush and the Congressional leaders today. (The attachment is not included.) You may share this with anyone you choose.
Delegate Bob Marshall (R-13th, Virginia House of Delegates)

President George W. Bush
The White House

Washington, DC
[left out on purpose]
RE: Terri Schiavos Life Still in Jeopardy
Dear President Bush:
Terri Schiavo who is handicapped continues to experience violations of her Civil Rights which threaten her life and well-being despite passage of a law by the Florida legislature blocking her starvation. (See attached.)
Woodside Hospice where Terri was staying ignored Governor Jeb Bushs executive order issued at 5:00 PM to begin nutrition and hydration. Finally at 7:00 PM Woodside authorized Terris transfer to Morton Plant Hospital.
Morton Plant Hospital medical staff in Clearwater also refused to re-insert her feeding tube or provide an IV, claiming they would be sued by Michael Schavio even though the recently passed Florida statute gave them immunity from suit. Finally they relented at approximately 9:30 PM and inserted an IV.
Florida Judge David A. Demers declined to appoint a temporary guardian for Terri to ensure compliance with Governor Bushs executive order.
Former Chief of Staff of Morton Plant Hospital, Dr. Jay Carpenter may be reached at his home to verify the first two points above at [left out on purpose], or his cell at [left out on purpose].
Terris friends appealed to me last night to intervene for her with Morton Plant hospital. I am not situated to effectively protect Terris civil rights. Terris situation requires federal involvement. Because Terris husband is still her guardian, Terris life is still in jeopardy.
Sincerely,
Delegate Bob Marshall

I can't believe what I just heard on Bay News 9 .........Terri's family waiting for permission from Michael Schivo to see their daughter !!!??????........Also court expected today to name new guardian..........Does this mean the only care terri is able to receive is hydration ?????? until a new guardian appointed ????
To: CindyDawg
Re: hospital policy...They can restrict visitors, but usually family is allowed. However, they would turn to the guardian for as to who he wants on the "can visit" list and the "cannot visit". If you really love someone, and want what's best for them, you'd allow their blood relatives to visit, even if only briefly. The thought that Michael and his cohorts are the only ones allowed to visit Terri is despicable. I can only imagine that Michael is still wishing and hoping for Terri to pass, perhaps with a little help from a doctor. Let's pray the doctors don't do anything to harm Terri.

Re: your post #1058, why am I not surprised by that breakdown? The RAT party is a death cult. Everything they stand for facilitates and glorifies death, not life.

I am so sorry; I did not realize your sarcasm; please forgive my bearing.
Thought that maybe this would interest you.
In the Congressman's letter, he makes the point that a judge treads upon the Civil Rights of Terri Schiavo.

Michael should be strip-searched before being allowed into Terri's presence ... and then he should be restrained from getting closer than five feet of her! He is a nurse (LPN, I think) and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw the six foot six pile of dung. Also, didn't/doesn't this POS work at Morton Plant Hospital?

We're not out of the woods yet Byron. The death advocates are working 25 hours a day to get her killed before she can give testimony about her abuse.

Hang in there. Terri system is too weak to receive a feeding tub. They are hydrating her probably with massive amounts of ringers lactate and regular IV bags with potassium chloride. They have to strenthen her system and clean her out with fluid to get the toxins out that build up in your system when you don't have any hydration. The feeding tube will be surgically placed when she is a little stronger. I think 72 hours of constant hydration would be enought, but I am not a doctor.
The courts are supposed to appoint a new guardian? I haven't heard that. Any info?

Michael should not be allowed to see Terri. He might well have tried to kill her. And considering the frenzy he is in now, who knows what he'll do.
To: Dante3
Yes, but the focus is on him and his dirty deeds, not to mention the attorney and the judge. He would be pretty stupid to do something like that. If they appoint a new guardian, then she has a chance. If he is removed because of questionable motives, the new guardian can ask for a restraining order to keep him away from her. Keep praying, it worked this far! God is still working his miracle here. He is making sure we all have faith.

Perhaps if they worded the poll more truthfully, they would get a different result, but then I expect they are getting the result they prurposely worded it to get.
It should read: Should a mentally disabled woman be forced to die of starvation and dehydration based on the uncorroborated testimony of an adulterous husband who stands to gain monetarily from her demise, when he didn't even "recollect" his wife's wish to die until 8 years after the trauma which left her disabled in the first place and for which there is a possibility that he is responsible?

Here is the Url to the hospice expose as a whole:
http://www.hospicepatients.org/Hosp-FL-Suncoast-entrypage.html
Here is the Url to the part where I found the stuff about federal law violation In Terri's case:
http://www.hospicepatients.org/Saving-Hospice-from-Hospice-Extremists.html
Here is the actual part of this article dealing with Federal Law violation in Terri's case:
The Hospice of the Florida $uncoast's Board of Directors has a fiduciary duty to see that funds donated to the nonprofit hospice are used for services to the dying, NOT for killing the disabled. That is not the mission of hospice! By choosing not to block the admission of a non-terminal patient into the hospice, the board (and every member of the board) has shown itself to be a spineless collection of shameless rubber-stamping followers. They do not have the guts to stand up to the extreme and evil design of Mary Labyak. Shame!
But it appears that this board (and all its members) has no shame. They are willing to violate the federal law that forbids admitting non-terminal patients into hospice. They are willing to violate the very foundation of hospices all over our nation. Even if David Ridenour is called "Director of Organizational Ethics," it is obviously a title with no meaning and which he cares nothing about. He has not acted to preserve the ethics of the organization. And yes, he can say that he "tried to resign" but the fact is he chose to stay. He knows that what is happening is wrong, yet he has not forced the issue to be resolved. As Director of Organizational Ethics he is directly responsible to uphold that which is ethical and consistent with the mission of hospice. He has not done that. Does he have a clear conscience about all of this? No, but he has chosen his part: to work with those who disgrace hospice and to go along with all of it! (If you read the full article I found this in get, a load of all the FANCY CARS and other PERKS that the death cultists at this facility give themselves through their SECRET FORE PROFIT CORPERATION.)

I've been watching some of your posts...and glad that you decided to do what I did, not be spoon-fed, but try to find out for yourself what's what in Terri's case. Alas, there's only so much you can find out via internet, but every bit you find will help solidify Terri's case against MS/GF/GG. Keep up the good work.
To: Ohioan from Florida
Yeah. At the time all I was reading was that the brother restricted which wouldn't be that unusual. Any word yet?
