As far as I understand, Jeb Bush is her guardian for now.

Thanks for joining the fight, Byron. FR has proven to many of us time and again what a few people working together with good will can accomplish.

A great lesson in this world.

An amazing 'townhall' Jim Robinson has created for us all.

Your action helped save Terri for now. But Michael and his lawyers are in a frenzy.

The sharks!!

Felos and Schiavo need to be split up somehow. Find a way to get one of them to speak out about the other.

Give one of them immunity from prosecution.

Has Mike's girlfriend ever filed for an order of "protection" from him? Would that be in a public record?

I certainly hope the Governor doesn't think for a moment that this is all over, and decides to go on a vacation or something.

Felos/Schiavo/Greer and the rest of the creepy crawlers will fight this Law with a relentless fury.

Governor Bush had better be prepared to fight back!

Terri's life still hangs in the balance. She's not out of the woods yet.

Let's stay vigilant, and PRAY.

Can't somebody TERMINATE this @$$h*l*'s authority over this poor woman????? I thought this was implicit in the order that it was taken out of HIS hands. It is so transparently obvious that he does NOT have Terri's best interest at heart!

Ping to post #1150.

Does a Guardian have to have a good reason for keeping their ward's parents away from them? If so, what is Michael's reasoning, I wonder? If he truly wanted to respect Terri's wishes as he says he does he would certainly allow her parents to be by her bedside. Keeping them away is is simply maliciousness at its finest.

I'd be curious to know which lawyers are helping Michael, besides the liar Felos, who said,
  1. "I can read minds" and
  2. "God told me to stop causing planes to fall from the sky."

Is the ACLU helping them?

I bet M. Schiavo deep inside is terrified to his marrow. Just as a cornered animal is very dangerous, so is he, only his power to hurt Terri has been taken away by our Government. The only person he can hurt now, is himself. And he's doing that, as the more he resists the more his guilt will be apparent to anyone with a brain more sophisticated than a salamander, someone explain that to Neil.

Bob Marshall, a delegate in the
Virginia Legislature. Apparently,
he has close ties to the White
House, a Catholic, very pro-life.
I read that "hubby's" lawyer told
the hospital NOT to rehydrate her
or else he would sue them!

Marshall then called them & said
Federal funds would be cut off if
they didn't rehydrate ASAP.

That's what insiders reported.

:o)

Praying.

Michael may be stalling until his tickets on a flight (to Cuba? Holland?) come through.

I think this has been already asked, but
IF JEB IS HER GUARDIAN, WHY IS MICHAEL STILL IN CONTROL???

Perhaps it's time again to Email the Governor to ask him. Faxing or phoning is even better.

Contact information:

If you would also like to personally write the Governor, his email is jeb@jeb.org. You can also fax Governor Bush @ 850-922-4292, or you can call his office @ 850-488-4441.

  E-mail:
Governor Jeb Bush
jeb@jeb.org
jeb.bush@myflorida.com

Write:
PL 05 The Capitol
400 South Monroe Street
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0001

Telephone:
850/488-4441
Fax: 850/487-0801

I don't know why there are 2 fax numbers, but you might want to try both.

First, my comments were directed to Redneck not to you, so I would suggest that you mind your own business. Second, I have a right to present my beliefs on this thread just as much as you do and I do not control this board, so your claim that I am forcing my beliefs on anyone is absurd. My missus would tell you that I am not. Finally, I have not alleged that anyone is not a Christian. I have suggested that certain folk are not acting in a Christian manner. Big difference.

Adios

Perhaps we will be seeing Judge Greer doing some backpedaling if he is up to his neck in corruption that might possibly be exposed. Time will tell. Meanwhile, what has to be done to get Michael (aka major speedbump) out of the way of Terri's road to recovery and rehabilitation to the extent possible. I understand her family is now being denied access to Terri. How can he be allowed ANY continued authority at all over Terri's care after all that has been revealed?

Ask yourself this question...if you were told you were going to be in a vegetable state starting tomorrow...for at least 10 years...would you really like to 'live' in that state? My bet is that 90 percent of the population would say no. A vegetable state simply is not an electable choice for most of us. And the icing on the cake...is the continued day after day bills going to someone...either to the insurance company, the state, the family, etc. Just add up 20 more years of maintaining her in a vegetable state. We all want to live real lives...productive lives...and none of us care for permanent situation like this.
