UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes. H E L P !!!!!

I agree. It looks like Jeb has been working on this from behind the scenes all along (in spite of the doubters). He came oout of no-where and took care of the problem. He and everyone working to help Terri did it in such a way, that they (legislature, judicial) couldn't foul it up. Way to go!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: SEAN HANNITY AND FOX NEWS. Sean took up Terri's cause and stayed with it. He mentioned it everyday on his radio and tv shows, he didn't let up. I beleive this played a big part in Terri's case getting national attention.

Heheh actually that would've been my guess. I bet most women on here are. Polls show that single women vote more liberal and married women consistently vote more conservative.

And thus the plight of the single conservative guy... all the single girls are liberals. I've decided I'm never dating a liberal girl again - ever! I know the results of the polls would indicate that after marriage women -change- and become more conservative, but that goes against all my life's experience that women beyond the age of 15 are incapable of change ;)

Just wanted to emerge from lurkdom and give everybody the thumbs up! What y'all are doing makes me proud to be an American, and even a resident of Florida, well, sort of... This isn't one of my major internet stops, I generally only drop in every couple months or so, but I came here 3 nights ago, and couldn't believe what I was reading! Sure, I'd heard on the news about this "comatose" woman whose dear husband only wanted what was best for her, blah blah (yeah, right!) but, to make a long story short, this is the first time I've ever gotten so upset/angry/outraged/hopeful and even e-mailed all my state congress critters about something before! I logged onto a thread yesterday and followed a link to the FL House of Representatives in session discussing Terri's bill and then voting on it, and, well, I've been glued to these threads ever since. Again, great efforts, everybody! God bless Terri and all of you for being there fighting on her behalf!
