The only positive news here is that Freepers have been agressive about "getting the word out" to the media!!!
Although not enough news reports, at least there have been some, and people are having their eyes opened as to this growing trend

What do you think happens to you if you are denyed food and water. You will go into a coma and then you will die.

You are implying that Terri is probably now in a coma even though she wasn't back then. Do you realize that Michael has been trying to get Terri's feeding tube pulled since 1988? He was successful in 2001, before those videos were ever taken of Terri. The feeding tube was removed from her for 60 hours before a judge stepped in and had it reinserted. IOW, The court system already lied back then and said that Terri was PVS, even though videos taken after that prove otherwise. What makes you think they've wised up? They want Terri dead any way they can get it: Michael, if for nothing more, than to be able to move on with his life with his fiancee, daughter, and second child on the way; George Felos, his attorney, so that he can promote his 1st book, Litigation As Spiritual Practice, and George Greer, because he doesn't want anyone to tell him what to do. He doesn't want to have to read through scores of legal documents, and he's too vain to wear his glasses or get a new prescription. As for the current picture -taking , video-making suggestion of yours, why don't you ask Michael why he has a court order preventing even Terri's family from having current photos of her. IMHO he has been nothing less than selfish during this whole ordeal, and has not ONE compassionate bone in his body!!

"Terri did not recieve communion." Yeah, I think I will take the word of the priest over that of Michael Schiavo, but maybe that's just me.

"protecting against false liability claims and settling valid claims" Hmmm...if there were proven to be evidence of foul play, hubby might lose the insurance money. Isn't Schiavo in the insurance business?

Special Session Called in State Legislature
Speaker of the House, Johnnie Byrd to introduce “Terri’s Bill”
Clearwater, FL October 19, 2003: The Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, has called a special session of the Florida Legislature for Monday, October 20, 2003. At that time, Florida’s Speaker of the House will introduce “Terri’s Bill”. By Florida law, two thirds majority vote are required to have a topic entered.
Volunteers with the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation have learned that Senate President, Jim King is against this bill.
The Bill would put an immediate moratorium on all dehydration and starvation deaths currently pending in Florida.
We have come to a time when the merchants of death have created a constitutional crisis and a justice gridlock, while the rightful life of Florida’s disabled and vulnerable citizens tragically hang on Terri Schindler-Schiavo’s court ordered dehydration and starvation death.
We urge all concerned Floridians to contact their Senators and State House members to vote for Terri’s bill.
