You are implying that Terri is probably now in a coma even though she wasn't back then. Do you realize that Michael has been trying to get Terri's feeding tube pulled since 1988? He was successful in 2001, before those videos were ever taken of Terri. The feeding tube was removed from her for 60 hours before a judge stepped in and had it reinserted. IOW, The court system already lied back then and said that Terri was PVS, even though videos taken after that prove otherwise. What makes you think they've wised up? They want Terri dead any way they can get it: Michael, if for nothing more, than to be able to move on with his life with his fiancee, daughter, and second child on the way; George Felos, his attorney, so that he can promote his 1st book, Litigation As Spiritual Practice, and George Greer, because he doesn't want anyone to tell him what to do. He doesn't want to have to read through scores of legal documents, and he's too vain to wear his glasses or get a new prescription. As for the current picture -taking , video-making suggestion of yours, why don't you ask Michael why he has a court order preventing even Terri's family from having current photos of her. IMHO he has been nothing less than selfish during this whole ordeal, and has not ONE compassionate bone in his body!!

George Greer has illegally allowed Felos to fire Terri's guardian ad litem and has refused to appoint another. Terri's rehabilition fund is supposedly down to almost nothing despite the fact that very little if any has been spent actually rehabilitating Terri. Further, from what I've read elsewhere, Judge Greer has not been requiring Felos to meet the mandatory reporting requirements regard to Terri's trust.

Does something smell fishy? Like maybe Schiavo needs to ensure that the trust never gets transferred to anyone else--money or not--since that would spell AUDIT?

If there is an audit and it turns out money was stolen from Terri's fund, what would that mean for the judge who was legally required to oversee it?
