Thank you very much, thank you very much!
It isn't every day, good fortune comes me way
I never thought the future would be fun for me!
And if I had a bugle, I would blow it to add a sort
o' how's your father's touch.
But since I left me bugle at home, I simply have to say
Thank you very, very, very much! Thank you very, very, very much!

Let's bribe Terri's husband into giving up his claim. A Chia Pet would be better company.

I am not trying to discourage you from helping, but the offer ahs been made many times. He turns it down. I think he is afrad that she will talk about what happened to get her in the situation she is in right now.

How much does a nice home in an extradition-proof country cost? I don't think we could scrape up nearly enough.

I thought the title was "Let's Bump Off..."
And I was getting ready to (reluctantly, with great sadness) flag it as abuse!
I just discussed with my husband how we all need living wills so that we will never put our loved ones at one another's throats like this, trying to read our minds. This could happen even when everyone involved is truly interested in the very best for the comatose person.

I'd be honored to chip in. A little more broke doesn't matter to me. I'm EATING, for heaven's sake.
But he won't be bought now, he's too close to victory. Better we pester the local prosecutor to prevent cremation. The threat of an autopsy might make him waver.

$500 here.

I'm in for $200.00 Why, when a biker hitman could be hired to get rid of the husband for a case of beer!

MOney won't buy this guy. He has reasons, from what I read on another thread, to want her dead asap. Besides he'll be showered with money when she does die.

Let's bribe Terri's husband into giving up his claim. IMO no amount of money can stop this evil monster from wanting his wife dead. She knows too much, and the chance that she may be able to talk in the future with therapy is something he is not willing to risk.
To: WhiteGuy
I don't mean this as a troll or to cause hate and discontent, but I'm having a hard time swallowing the theory that the husband is attempting to "murder" his wife. And there are certainly those in this thread who accuse him of doing that.
If the husband's motive was to get all of the money in her trust fund and have the insurance policies pay off, wouldn't he have killed her earlier in the process, before the trust fund/insurance policies were depleted by hospital bills, attorney's fees, etc? Surely he had the opportunity at least once in the preceding 13 years to do it.
If he is a murderer, he's certainly going about it very slowly and methodically and reducing his "reward" every day he waits.

WG:
Thanks for the post.
I don't know about you, but for me, the whole story the husband is saying:
"But I promised her that I wouldn't let them keep her alive..."
doesn't pass the smell test.
To: WhiteGuy
I'm in for $500, but frankly I think a hit would be cheaper than a bribe.
