I don't mean this as a troll or to cause hate and discontent, but I'm having a hard time swallowing the theory that the husband is attempting to "murder" his wife. And there are certainly those in this thread who accuse him of doing that.

If the husband's motive was to get all of the money in her trust fund and have the insurance policies pay off, wouldn't he have killed her earlier in the process, before the trust fund/insurance policies were depleted by hospital bills, attorney's fees, etc? Surely he had the opportunity at least once in the preceding 13 years to do it.

If he is a murderer, he's certainly going about it very slowly and methodically and reducing his "reward" every day he waits.

Do you know ANYTHING about this case? This is not the first time they tried to kill her by starving her. This has been in the courts for years.

Have you read any of the affidavits of his treatment of her? Get informed, or shut up.

I think the information is being distorted on both sides, but some think he tried to kill her years ago and failed, and the result left her in this state.

I'm tending to lean that way from what I've read. In any case, she is far from the "comatose" and "a vegetable" status the media is portraying her to be.

My spin is that he may have blocked her rehab (if that is possible for her) so she could never reach the state that would enable her to incriminate him, but that's MHO.
