BINGO!!!. I am 1000% convinced (i.e. ZERO question in my mind) that he attempted to STRANGLE her, but botched the job, leaving her alive, but brain damaged.

I read somewhere that he CLAIMED that he heard a thump during the night and "found" her on the floor clutching her THROAT! Supposedly, he CLAIMS she had a HEART attack. Strange, but I always thought your HEART is a little lower down on your body.

Money can buy just about any judgment you want from one of those sleazy no good democratic judges in Florida. You do remember the 2000 election, don’t you?

Dozens of prominent doctors have stated that she is NOT comatose and could very well talk with therapy. A doctor who saw the X-ray of her skull shortly after she was "found" in this state stated, "someone worked her over pretty good."

I believe this is what it is. A tragic loss that has ripped a family to shreds.

You're hopeless. You'll twist facts to suit your own emotional cause no matter what logic and facts are presented. Just one big bag of emotionalism. Come up with one judge or doctor or person who has actual proof that Terri Schiavo's husband did her in. If Terri is cognizant, give one example of her responding to any question as to whether her husband did her in. Her husband lived with Terri's parents after her impairment. Lived with them, got it? They didn't think him a murderer until the point where he wanted her to die with dignity, and they wanted her to continue on in a vegetative state for years to come. Then they turned on him. And you wonder why he doesn't want to deal with them? They've virtually accused him of murder, with no proof, no single lawyer, doctor, judge, backing them up. So, the whole legal and medical system down there in Florida are a bunch of liars and murderers, and you are right, right? Wrong, very wrong.

I don't mean this as a troll or to cause hate and discontent, but I'm having a hard time swallowing the theory that the husband is attempting to "murder" his wife. And there are certainly those in this thread who accuse him of doing that.

If the husband's motive was to get all of the money in her trust fund and have the insurance policies pay off, wouldn't he have killed her earlier in the process, before the trust fund/insurance policies were depleted by hospital bills, attorney's fees, etc? Surely he had the opportunity at least once in the preceding 13 years to do it.

If he is a murderer, he's certainly going about it very slowly and methodically and reducing his "reward" every day he waits.
