Yeah those fights actually drew in some erstwhile hockey and football fans. Why watch the Falcons stink up the place when you can see old bald men being tossed around like sacks and ballpayers cleating fans.

Great! Thanks.
You know, Mr. M., I don't remember this many, and active, baseball threads other play-off times.
Can you follow the game on ESPN.com, too?

Last night during the boradcast they asked each other what they thought started the melee in Game 3. The one guy said "well, what started it?" and the reply was "who threw the pitch?". The guy should be out of the series. I was rooting for them, but now can't root for a team that wants to do something other than play baseball.</rant for the day>
To: Molly Pitcher
Gamecast is running about 10 minutes behind the game, they've got a "listen to the game" link for internet radio if you won't get busted for streaming.

LOL! My non-baseball fan husband for some reason gets a kick out of those shenanigans, too. And last night's belt-checking incident...he thought that was a hoot.

I keep ESPN open, but I'm not using their GameCast anymore because it's extremely slow. I was using it for a couple of games and found I was one to two innings behind real time after a while.

Help! Anyone have a webcast link? It's not on TV here! Peoples Court is instead! What a crock!
To: RedBloodedAmerican
Pedro Martinez is a first-class punk. He should have been thrown out of the game. Twice. (And I wouldn't flinch if he took Manny with him to Punkville.)
But I'm not going to punish the other Red Sox players for his misbehavior and change my vote to the Yankees. :-)

Fans cheering Manny as if he acted heroically the other night. ....typical. They should boo the bad guys Garcia and Nelson...

I'd almost rather listen to a gamecast that's 10 minutes behind than continue listening to Buck and McCarver, the two worst in the biz. ...... I just muted the sound.

With the ratings for this series as high as they are, I bet a lot of markets that aren't carrying this game are kicking themselves right now.
