Hi all. I've been trying to stop at this thread for a week, but something always gets in my way.

I'd like to promise something, but don't know if I'll be able to deliver.

I knew on September 22 - which happnes to be my birthday - that my pregnant daughter was having problems. We've been to a neonatal specialist frequently since then.

My grandson, who's name will be Michael Cael, was almost born today at 32 weeks and a little over three pounds. He may be born tomorrow when we go back to the hospital. Most likely, we're looking at Thursday instead.

We don't know what is going to happen. She started steroid shots today to strengthen his lungs, which are fully developed. There just isn't any way right now I can plan very far ahead in time.

Thank you. Prayers are appreciated. They didn't admit her today because the blood test results weren't bad enough to warrant. I'll be at the hospital all day tomorrow, but will try to stop by FR tomorrow night.
