UChicago United, a coalition of activist groups at the University of Chicago, is advising students to avoid calling the police for certain crimes and is taking shots at the school.
The story: The coalition recently released the 2020 edition of its “dis-orientation” booklet. The 63-page booklet covers various topics, including race, free speech, and global justice. According to its Facebook Page, UChicago Unite was “formed to make the University of Chicago campus more inclusive for students of marginalized backgrounds and identities.”
Don’t call the police: The booklet tells students that the university will teach them to call the University of Chicago Police Department for a crime but that they shouldn’t. Instead of going to the police when witnessing stealing, they should assess the situation, talk to the person who is having a “crisis” or is “disturbing others,” and reach out to social services hotlines.

For those not familiar with the neighborhood surrounding the University of Chicago - Woodlawn is the ghetto. If any of these snowflakes attempted to “talk” to the robbers, they would also be robbed and probably be shot.

Tuition at u of chicago is about 60k a year. These very immature students should call the cops on their commie instructors. These kids really are stupid. Hopefully, when they realize that most of them will starve with their lazy entitled attitude, things could change.
I am amazed at the level of stupidity displayed by people in groups. Sure, a single individual can have a stupid idea, but then you have to get a group of people to not only go along with it; but they must also push for it.

Sounds like this crap came from this source When Obama was an Illinois Senator he and Bill (step on the American flag) Ayers had gained total control of the distribution of funds from the Annenberg foundation which they passed its millions on to lefty fronts offering courses to Illinois and Chicago schools pushing the what soon would be the BLM agenda. Author and investigative reporter Stanley Kurtz should be asked about this when interviewed about socialist plans for the suburbs. For at that time when Obama was doing this he tried to expose those radical left study programs over a program held by WGN radio but was threatened by protesters who prevented a cohearent presentation.
Let’s see how fast they call the cops if some of their stuff gets stolen. Let’s call that the Milano Effect.
