Ohio officials have discovered 588 uncounted votes in this week’s special election for the 12th Congressional District, further tightening the already too-close-to-call race.
“The votes from a portion of one voting location had not been processed into the tabulation system,” the Franklin County Board of Elections said in a press release Wednesday. The uncounted votes were from a Columbus suburb.
Prior to the discovery, Republican Troy Balderson led Democrat Danny O’Connor by more than 1,700 votes. With the 588 votes included, the margin narrows to 1,564, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
President Donald Trump prematurely declared victory for Balderson on Tuesday night....

Told my friend yesterday that the (R) was toast. Now it's about to happen. Easy to fix. Everybody but the military vote on a 2-day weekend and get the finger painted. NO absentees allowed.
Not too different from the method we use here in PA. We WANT the process to be transparent and also welcome credentialed observers to ensure that it is. I stress credentialed because during the March district 18 special election (similar to this one), we had precincts reporting of uncredentialed “observers” demanding extraordinary access. They were shown the door. I don’t need to tell you which party they represented.

there should be a tally sheet that those board workers who expect to get paid indicate how many voters showed up. How many voted . And the workers sign the count sheet.
How many ballots they had at the start , how many were used , how many are returned unused, etc.

Actually, the votes, likely to go for dems, were deliberately hidden, to be retrieved in case of need.

Sickening and needs to be stopped or this country is dead in the water. We dodged a bullet with the Trump win. The left will do everything and anything possible to not fail again from vote fraud to illegals.

Absolutely. There's a count when the polls close of the number of people who signed in to vote and the number of votes tallied. A count could not have been submitted without that tally. The only other possibility would be early voting (already added to precinct totals) and absentee votes mailed in on time, but not early enough to have arrived at HQ. Those ballots would still have to be in their postmarked envelopes and verified before they're even opened by the county. Filled in ballots just found? No way.

How close do the respective votes have to be to trigger a recount? With a recount, I predict just enough votes will be “found” to put the ‘rat over the top.
