Six hundred people, 50 bullhorns, pots, pans and a collection of whistles welcomed President Donald Trump home to the White House as he touched down from his tumultuous trip to Helsinki. The ear-popping homecoming party was designed to keep the jet-lagged president awake—a last-minute protest pulled together with a single Tweet from a former top advisor to Hillary Clinton.
“If someone flew home from Helsinki they’d get back to DC around 9pm. You know what I’d hate if I just got back & needed sleep? A bunch of people outside my home with bullhorns & air horns,” Philippe Reines, former advisor to Hillary Clinton, Tweeted at 3 p.m. Monday. “I’ve never started a protest. How does one do that @MoveOn?”
“I think you just did, homie!” one user responded.
With a series of Tweets to known Trump critics and other social media savvy activists, #OccupyLafayettePark took shape.
By 9 p.m., Republicans and Democrats alike had swung by Pennsylvania Avenue—after dinner, drinks, or their late nights at work—and grabbed whistles and earplugs from a bucket. Shouts of “Hey Hey, Ho Ho, 45 Has Got To Go!” and “Traitor! Traitor!” reverberated as Marine One touched down on the White House lawn....

These hippie has-beens and their spawn will watch their tiresome juvenile pranks and bullhorn chants succeed about as well as the same antics did in 1968. Who’d think the lefties would have effectively put Nixon in office.
The entitled Hillary forgot to campaign. She was still attending fundraisers the week before the election, I assume because she could “keep” the surplus.
Lets hope these Democrat screw worms keep these asinine tactics up. Trump in a historic blowout win in 2020.

To me, it is physically impossible what TR accomplished.

What is actually funny about this is that I doubt seriously anyone’s sleep was disturbed.
These folks apparently have no idea of the benefits of ear plugs and white noise machines. Or, for that matter, clean consciences.

It is a disgrace for a full grown man to descend to such a petty, childish level - much less someone who was reportedly the Secretary of State’s senior advisor on Iraq.
These people should not be allowed anywhere near power, ever again - or at least until they can prove they have achieved emotional adulthood.
That’s why a steam roller is better. No gap between the treads and it’s easier to hose off.
It’s a real shame that our president can’t afford a couple pairs of really good noise canceling headphones. </sarcasm>

And the leftists have the nerve to call Trump childish. It’s also funny how they think it’s a great strategy to call the most aggressively pro-American president since at least Reagan a “traitor.” I wonder if they realize how silly they seem to regular people not caught up in their anti-Trump hysteria and delusions?
Republicans joined the protest?! Anyone we know or care about? Anyone that needs to be outed, fired, voted from office?
