President Donald Trump could have an easy victory in 2020 thanks to the Democrats’ problematic financial situation, which has reportedly left it struggling to rake in funds.
A report from Politico suggests the Democratic National Committee (DNC) is struggling to get financing, in a situation that could leave the party unable to fulfill promises as it continues to reel from its defeat in 2016.
In fact, the party’s financial situation is reportedly so dire that it is asking its members to donate or raise $1,000 each, and has a million-dollar shortfall in its State Party Innovation Fund, Politico’s report suggests.....

It is Washington Beltway-insider madness. Again. Do they not see that “massive fundraising” only goes to pay for the collective politicial consultants and publicists who have generated losses and over-funded failures?
Repubbies and Demo’s alike. It is no longer the “money” that wins campaigns (in the red states certainly), it is the candidate’s message, character, and alliances. The Uber-funded, over-advertised establishment candidates have NOT been doing well.
Sure, many establishmentarians win.
But More Money, More Ad’s, More Spending, More Washington endorsements = More Wins? No longer an absolute
Democrats do not lack funding....Soros just gave 18 billion to socialist group to use to destroy countries.....including the US. The US and Europe will be that focus unless Trump goes after Soros and his groups.
Trump already showed in 2016 that money isn’t the main way to get elected anymore. this author is still asleep and behind the times.

Blowing 30 mill on a lousy house candidate and ginning your left wing base into a frenzy was probably not a good idea.
I am remembering when the oh so holy dem supporters bemoaned the volume of money involved in politics and trying to buy a seat.
For 2016 they blame the Russians. For 2020 I guess it’s going to be money.
Democrat overwhelming funding could not stop Trump from getting elected just because of his promises. Now that he is keeping his promises he won’t need a dime to beat the hapless Democrat clown who “wins” the right to get creamed by him.
I guess the good news is that even if all Newsweak’s subscribers pony up, tbey wouldn’t collect enough money for a large pepperoni pizza.
Democrats have no credible candidates, money is not the problem.
All of the candidates they would run are anti-American.
They openly side with fraudulently documented foreigners against the citizens and the rule of law.
How long will Trump be President?
Until noon on January 20, 2025.
Congress does not want Trump re-elected.
They want to get back to business as usual, importing “new Americans” and selling US out.
That’s my worry as well.
Pence was in the same leadership group in the House as Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, etc.
