John Kasich is just trying to sell a book.
This has been the Ohio governor’s refrain, anyway, during a spate of recent media appearances and events to promote “Two Paths” — a made-for-campaign tome if there ever was one, if only Kasich were running for anything.
“There’s not always an ulterior motive to something,” Kasich insisted in an interview during a recent visit to Seattle, where he also spoke at Amazon. “I wrote this book because I’m worried about [the] drift of our country.”(continued)

I vote we skip all 2020 campaign stories till at least after the mid-term. This incessant campaign creep is one of the main things wrong with the country. Primaries, after May, Campaign for [president Labor Day on. Period no exceptions. Do not pass go, go straight to jail.
I’m afraid that he just might throw in with the donkeys and run as a dem, thus putting the rust belt states in grave jeopardy beginning no less with Ohio.
He is so delusional, but would likely appeal to traditional dems.

Kasick is completely loathed in Ohio. He has done a terrible job as Governor, and then when he started his Quixotesque run for the presidency, he stopped working all together. Since the election he has been touring overseas. Dumb blind ba$turd thinks he has a chance to move up.
He’s a hasbeen now. I think some of the GOP are slowly catching on that this is it. Trump succeeds or we lose good ol’ America forever.
Kasich has a pretty good chance in 2020. There are not many other democrats who can match him in terms of name recognition. The real question though is: Even if he gets the democrat nomination, can he beat President Trump in the general election.
If Kasich is the answer, I don’t want to know the question.

He would love to bleed of 3-4% and cost Trump the re-elect. Not saying he would only that he would love to.

My wife knew nothing of him and watched and listened to his liberal rant.
After a minute or so, she asked, “Is he a democrat congressman or governor?
When I told her that he was supposedly a republican governor, she just shook her head.
Unless he plans to run as a Democrat he has the same chance to be President as I have.
