Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by four points in North Carolina, while Trump is ahead by one in Ohio, according to two new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist polls of these states.
In North Carolina, Clinton gets support from 45 percent of likely voters, Trump gets 41 percent, and Libertarian Gary Johnson gets 9 percent. (The Green Party's Jill Stein didn't qualify to make the ballot in the state.) [continued]

I was just listening to John Batcheldor on DC’s WMAL radio station while working, so didn’t catch everything. A guest who I suspect might have been Victor Davis Hanson, spoke about Trump voters not out there making a big production over their support for him, but it’s unshakable. A vast right wing, you might say. I know I’ve sent $ and have already voted for him, but don’t have a yard sign or bumper sticker and am not preaching the Trump gospel at Facebook.
No one is seeing the WikiLeaks, at least not the majority of voters.
We are winning both States.
Team HRC has filled NC television airways with “for the children” and “Trump cannot be trusted with nukes” ads. Not one Trump or pro Trump PAC ad have I seen.
They are targeting just ONE group: White females. That's the plan. Will it work? Who the hell knows.
I see. This is extremely worrisome. A businessman should recognize the value of advertising. Trump needs to similarly flood the media with ads NOW.
What’s wrong with NC, used to be a conservative state gave us Jesse Helms.

Last I saw on tonight’s news was that 43,000 or so were still without power in NC. A huge chunk of our state is still under water.....so my guess is turnout will be much reduced for this election in NC. Who that will hurt is anybody’s guess.
First time I haven’t had a yard sign in a presidential election in ages only because I don’t want my house to get egged or a pumpkin thrown through the window.
NRA is running an anti-Hillary ad in NC and I did see another anti-Hillary ad, not sure who is behind it.
if anyone wants to win, they’d have NC and other socalled ‘battleground’ states, at least, FLOODED with ads.

Bullshite! If this were true we’d see a decrease in enthusiasm for Trump. Fewer people would be waiting in line for hours to be inside to see him speak. Thousands of people would no longer be waiting in line for 6-8 hours to see him and NOBADY would be standing outside to listen to him via loudspeaker if they couldn’t get inside the arenas.
