Scheduled campaign stops may also be dropped by the presidential candidate as she modifies her scedule following doctor's orders.
The 68-year-old was rushed out of a 9/11 commemoration service today suffering from a medical episode, according to a law enforcement witness.
A video later emerged of the Democratic presidential nominee, showing the dramatic moment when her "knees buckled" and she nearly crumpled to the pavement while waiting for a car to collect her.
Now sources have claimed Democratic Party insiders are rushing to consider a replacement candidate in light of Mrs Clinton's poor health.
Emmy Award winning New York Journalist and MSNBC pundit David Shuster tweeted: "Clarification from dem operatives @HillaryClinton pneumonia: Expect emergency DNC meeting to CONSIDER replacement."(continued)

Thank you pointing out how the electoral process actually works.
There is always a deal that can be made. If she were told that she could take her foundation and go, free of any criminal persection, I think that she could be convinced to go.
She is a psychopathic liar who belongs in a cage (read prison). She is fighting to stay out of jail and to put the rest of us in one. It is all about power and control. Hitler was a "cage fighter" too.
So what happens to all of the $ she has committed to TV ads and already set up? Noticed that the anti-Trump ad re bombing ISIS which had been running several times a day for the last two weeks on ION was not on at all today. Do they know something we don’t?
Thinking: *Sooo clooose!*
But she can’t be seen in a mirror...
agree
She wouldn’t drop out even if she was reduced to a disembodied coughing head inside a fish tank on life support.
LOL.
Plus Hillary’s old nag female voters won’t take kindly to their hero
being pushed out...for whatever reasons.
I’d rather everything be pushed back another month.
That way there would be no way the dems could launch anything.
As it stands, Crazy Joe could launch a campaign and probably pick up where Hillary leaves off. It also counters Trumps campaign on everything he’s done against hILLary.
It gives the liberals a sense of urgency.
It “could” draw Bernies voters back.
It could draw in a sympathy vote.
This may be good news for Trump.....
Let Hillary go into hiding a few weeks, yea maybe even miss the first debate. This will let Trump have 3 weeks of ALL Trump all day every day for 3 weeks. A few weeks ago that is how he started his climb back. By the time she comes back it will be too late to replace her. Also I expect WikiLeaks emails late this month.
As I've said many times before ...
If Hillary Clinton was really destined to be the president -- or even a strong contender -- she would have been nominated in 2008 when she was 60 years old. Remember, it was the Democrats who pulled the rug out from underneath her in 2008 ... in favor of some nitwit exchange student from Kenya.
She will either refuse to debate the “deplorable” Donald trump because that is beneath her.
OR...
She will borrow Stephen Hawking’s text to speech robot as she sits unconscious.
Either way she wins the presidency. No way in hell obama will let Trump win.
(PS. I keep saying that so all you freepers can tell me “I told you so”)
“will only step down if she is not breathing or in a coma.
she would get many of the same votes if in a coma”
So true!
There was talk that some WikiLeaks email (or whatever else) will drop this week.....
Exactly.
she could die tomorrow and will still win the election. Case in point, the idiots in Missouri elected a dead man to the Senate a while back. His wife took his seat. Hows that for a nightmare, Bill Clinton as president again.
Of course also said the same thing about Obama when he ran against Hillary so what do I know.
