My number one political goal this year is to get Donald J Trump elected President of the United States of America. Once that is done my next number one goal is to take care of this illegal alien posing as a US citizen:
Why has no one in the national media, national conservative talk show hosts or anyone else investigated, probed or asked questions about Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruzs birth right?
1 RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ: Was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970.
2 Is Rafael Cruz a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America?
3 Is Rafael Cruz a US citizen?
4 You decide:
a. Rafaels father had dual citizenship, as a Canadian/Cuban citizen at the time of Rafaels birth, which made Rafael a Canadian/Cuban citizen?
b. Rafaels mother was, maybe, an American citizen, would that make him a US citizen?
c. Rafael was born in Canada did that make him a Canadian citizen at birth?
d. Would Rafael Cruzs birth in Canada make him a dual citizen of Canada and Cuba?
e. If Rafaels mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth she had a duty to her son, if she wanted him to be a US citizen, to do the following: 1) Register Rafaels birth with the US Embassy or Consulate on a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) 2) Once the CRBA was approved the US State Department would issue form FS-240 establishing Rafaels US citizenship.
f. Was this process ever completed for Rafael?
g. Can Rafael produce a CRBA issued in his name and the form FS-240 issued by the US State Department?
h. Can Rafael produce the CRBA or FS-240 with the US State Department signature, date and time stamped?
i. We know that Rafael does not have US birth certificate.
j. We know Rafael does have a Canadian birth certificate.
k. So the next question is, how did Rafael enter the United States from Canada? l. Was Rafael listed on his fathers or mothers Passport?
m. What passports did Rafaels parents travel on between the US and Canada?
n. Did Rafael travel on his own Passport or Visa, if so what was the origin of the documents?
o. When Rafael turned 18 years of age did he register with Selective Service?
p. If Rafael registered with Selective Service what identification did he use to establish his citizenship and does he have a draft card?
q. Did Rafael ever have a Green Card issued by the United States?
r. Was Rafael ever naturalized through the US Immigration process?
s. Since Rafael renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014, and given the fact he probably is not a US citizen he would be a Cuban citizen living in the United States America as an illegal alien?
t. Why is Rafael using Ted as his first name?
u. Why does he never refer to himself as Rafael?
v. Is Rafael trying to hide his true identity?
w. Is Rafael trying to hiding through the use of an alias?
x. Do people who are hiding use fake names?
y. Is Rafael a fake person?
z. People who use aliases are usually hiding something, what is Rafael hiding?
aa. What is Rafael trying to hide? In my opinion, Rafael "Ted" Cruz talks about being a constitutional conservative, and espouses constitutional values, but only when it does not apply to him. Jim Buzzell.
“Unlike the first nine presidents, until the tenth, John Tyler, 66 years after 1776,”
You’re obviously not familiar with the ‘grandfather clause’ in Article II, Section I of the Constitution.
The early presidents couldn’t be NBC because they were born in the country when it was still a British colony.
Agreed.
Although that act of soil based birth, in and of itself, could have posed some problems if the USA had immediately inherited possessions like the current Guams, Puerto Ricos, and the such.
Fortunately for future posterity, there were no such problems.
Waste of effing time. Lots of citizens are born other places to US citizen parents. If no one cared about Obama’s citizenship why should we waste time with a random senator. Lets get back to fighting the left.
Agree with you wholeheartedly. Dewhurst is probably licking his lips in anticipation of running against Cruz. Don’t recall Cornyn coming out in support of Trump for President.
Bit snarky, especially since we don’t know each other, don’t you think? You have no idea of my background, education, or research.
The constitution grandfathered the first nine presidents.
That was the obvious point of my post.
“Ted Cruz in his speech said nothing against Trump or the gop but his statements were in support of the Constitution and gop.”
So, millions of people just got their panties in a twist over nothing? You mean to tell me, that when Ted said, “vote your conscience”, it wasn’t a dog whistle to the NeverTrumpers to vote third party?
Geeez, thanks for sorting that out for all of us. Looks like we went all ‘splodey head for nothing. Can you post a vanity explaining this to the whole community? That would really help everyone realize how wrong we’ve been about Lyin Ted.
“That was the obvious point of my post.”
You’re being coy. Come right out and state your position. Do you believe Ted Cruz is eligible or not?
Instead of going birther and questioning Cruz’s citizenship, the good people of Texas should take a long, hard look at his conservative credentials. And decide on their 2018 candidate accordingly.
People will remember how Ted embarrassed Texas and the Republican party at the convention.
No kidding?!? Coy.
You actually thought that my response to a post about eligibility, and my query about my daughters was somehow about Ted Cruz?
I was a Trump supporter from the get go. Were you?
“I’m in Florida with little Marco, gang of eight,no show Senator and he will win primary because old people know his name.”
It’s tough to unseat any incumbent politician, but it’s been done many times before. Especially if that politician has committed enough public transgressions against the voters’ trust, as Ted has.
Ted broke with long standing convention and tradition, when he failed to show grace and good sportsmanship after exiting the race. He steadfastly refused to acknowledge Trump as the clear winner of the primary, and never once signalled his support of the presumptive nominee, as most others before him have done.
His petulant silence acted as a green light to his diehard supporters, to continue their fractious and destructive efforts to deny the nomination to Trump.
That didn’t happen in a vacuum. Voters across Texas saw it all happen in real time, and it colored their thinking about him.
Ted’s support among Texans is weak. He won his home state in the 2016 primary by an historically thin margin. In fact, he won by the slimmest margin of any Republican presidential candidate in history.
And That was before he showed the world what a malignant narcissist he is.
I wouldn’t put good money on Ted winning re-election to the Senate in 2018.
Yes, very snarky. Perhaps I misunderstood you and you didn’t mean to imply that our first nine Presidents were not eligible because they were not natural born citizens.
“You actually thought that my response to a post about eligibility, and my query about my daughters was somehow about Ted Cruz?”
I did. Did I misread your post? If so, my apologies. It would still be good of you to answer my question, so we don’t keep going round and round.
“I was a Trump supporter from the get go. Were you?”
I actually started out as a Cruz guy, but just as his stock was falling with me, Trump’s stock was rising. The lines on the graph crossed around the end of July, last year, and I’ve been on the Trump train ever since.
I assume nothing. I am NOT a ‘natural born’ US citizen... Even though both my parents were/are ‘natural born’ US citizens... They birthed me in Germany. Germany has never been considered US soil. It is what it is and sadly it has served liberalism well to distort our founders original intent.
But my siblings and children are ‘natural born’ US citizens, and I believe it is my duty to protect and defend our Constitution,
Then, my apologies for not clarifying my remarks. I have a tendency to let my thoughts extend farther and faster than my typing fingers.
I certainly agree about the distortion that’s evident in any ‘narrative’ that the left invents for their own purposes to divide and control. They’ve always known that the only way for them to destroy the strength that the founders imbued in the constitution is to destroy the fabric of it one thread at a time.
In my eyes, they are evil; some greater, some lesser. Still evil.
I do that frequently. ;)
No, I don’t think he’s eligible, based on my opinion and limited knowledge of case law surrounding the penumbra (big word I don’t always get to use :) ) of circumstances like his. For me, it hinges on his mother. Although she, by law, did not have to renounce her citizenship in Canada, did she voluntarily give up her allegiance to the US until such time that it became expedient for her to reclaim her heritage as an American? If so, then she has certainly abrogated her special status as an American citizen, at least in my eyes, although perhaps not in the eyes of the court.
I, too, have admired Cruz ever since he defeated the RINO candidate in Texas’ senatorial contest four years ago. His stock has certainly diminished for me.
