Texas, you sent cruz to the senate, now it is time for you to vet him.

My number one political goal this year is to get Donald J Trump elected President of the United States of America. Once that is done my next number one goal is to take care of this illegal alien posing as a US citizen:

Why has no one in the national media, national conservative talk show hosts or anyone else investigated, probed or asked questions about Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruz’s birth right?

1 RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ: Was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970.

2 Is Rafael Cruz a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America?

3 Is Rafael Cruz a US citizen?

4 You decide:

a. Rafael’s father had dual citizenship, as a Canadian/Cuban citizen at the time of Rafael’s birth, which made Rafael a Canadian/Cuban citizen?

b. Rafael’s mother was, maybe, an American citizen, would that make him a US citizen?

c. Rafael was born in Canada did that make him a Canadian citizen at birth?

d. Would Rafael Cruz’s birth in Canada make him a dual citizen of Canada and Cuba?

e. If Rafael’s mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth she had a duty to her son, if she wanted him to be a US citizen, to do the following: 1) Register Rafael’s birth with the US Embassy or Consulate on a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) 2) Once the CRBA was approved the US State Department would issue form FS-240 establishing Rafael’s US citizenship.

f. Was this process ever completed for Rafael?

g. Can Rafael produce a CRBA issued in his name and the form FS-240 issued by the US State Department?

h. Can Rafael produce the CRBA or FS-240 with the US State Department signature, date and time stamped?

i. We know that Rafael does not have US birth certificate.

j. We know Rafael does have a Canadian birth certificate.

k. So the next question is, how did Rafael enter the United States from Canada? l. Was Rafael listed on his father’s or mother’s Passport?

m. What passports did Rafael’s parents travel on between the US and Canada?

n. Did Rafael travel on his own Passport or Visa, if so what was the origin of the documents?

o. When Rafael turned 18 years of age did he register with Selective Service?

p. If Rafael registered with Selective Service what identification did he use to establish his citizenship and does he have a draft card?

q. Did Rafael ever have a Green Card issued by the United States?

r. Was Rafael ever naturalized through the US Immigration process?

s. Since Rafael renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014, and given the fact he probably is not a US citizen he would be a Cuban citizen living in the United States America as an illegal alien?

t. Why is Rafael using Ted as his first name?

u. Why does he never refer to himself as Rafael?

v. Is Rafael trying to hide his true identity?

w. Is Rafael trying to hiding through the use of an alias?

x. Do people who are hiding use fake names?

y. Is Rafael a fake person?

z. People who use aliases are usually hiding something, what is Rafael hiding?

aa. What is Rafael trying to hide? In my opinion, Rafael "Ted" Cruz talks about being a constitutional conservative, and espouses constitutional values, but only when it does not apply to him. Jim Buzzell.

I am a native born Texan and I vote. I plan on voting for Cruz next time around. I did however write him an email on forgiveness and pride. Still I see no reason to dump him. None at all. Take care of your own state and don’t worry about other people’s vote would be my suggestion.

“And where was Donald’s mum born?”

Doesn’t matter. She was an American citizen on the day he was born. In America - to an American father.

Born in the country to two citizen parents = natural born citizen.

“Born in the country to two citizen parents = natural born citizen.”

Unlike the first nine presidents, until the tenth, John Tyler, 66 years after 1776,

Last night a Cruzlim told me that Cruz didn’t endorse Trump like Reagan endorse Ford because Cruz is a much greater man than Reagan. They’re full on branch dividain style wackos.

“The goop hates conservatives and did quite a hatchet job on Ted.”

First, Ted is not a conservative, but a self serving globalist minion, who learned to speak fluent conservatese.

Secondly, the GOP never laid a glove on Cruz during the primary. Freepers and anti-establishment bloggers did that.

Unlike the first nine presidents,

True but keep in mind all nine were born on the soil that was to become the USA.

Cruz is the conservative's obama, basically just an agitator for the cause, and, just as obama stirs the emotions of his people, Cruz stirs the emotions of his.

We humans like having our emotions stirred by someone who speaks in our language, so "his people" won't be interested in vetting Cruz as their vetting was immediately satisfied when "he spoke to them."

And also just like with obama, Cruz keeps a full closet with a lock on the door, sealing all that stuff from view.

I suspect he thinks his potential and current supporters/Voters/Donors can't handle his truth, otherwise why would he lock it up?

I was one of those supporter/donors early on when Sarah Palin first introduced him to US. I think it was a case of false advertising and I'd like my money back.

Of course I know that's not going to happen, so I'm hoping for the next best thing and she'll help to remove and replace young Teddy Cruz next election to undo her mistake.

I've worked with his type before. They push others out of the way to get the job. But then, once they are hired, all they do is use the new job title to look for a better job title, while on company time!

As it is, the second best thing about Ted Cruz is that he's rarely actually at work doing what he was actually hired to do.

I'm not that bright, but his saying he's a Natural Born Citizen of the United States when he was actually born in Canada to a Cuban father and lived in Calgary as a Canadian citizen until he was 4 years old?

Get the hell off my yard.

Perhaps you haven’t actually read the Constitution.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

It really is quite clear “or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of
the Adoption of this Constitution,”

Cornyn is one of the biggest RINOs in the senate. IMO anyone who talks about replacing Cruz before we get rid of Cornyn is paddling the boat in the wrong direction.

I issued the challenge several times and have not had any takers: Find me even one senate vote where Cruz voted the “wrong” way and Cornyn did not vote the same.

Sorry, you are incorrect. The Constitution does not reference or quote or site ANY person. You INFER that Vattel is present in Article 1 Section 8.

As for naturalization being the same as natural born, I never said it was. In fact, I specifically referenced the section of US code that defines naturalization as occurring after birth.

Title 8 Section 1401 subsection A says that anyone born on US soil (derived from the 14th amendment) is a US citizen at birth. I submit that by your logic, NO ONE COULD EVER BE NATURAL BORN. Since that is not the case, your logic is de facto, seriously flawed.

But we have been over this before. I quote to you specific laws and the history of our current code and you supply some vague inferences about what our founders might have thought. We have been around this mulberry bush before.

You have your opinion, I have mine.

No, he cannot be a natural born citizen by any stretch.
Foreign birth - strike one
Foreign national father - strike two

It only takes one.

The next day Cruz’s explanation for why he didn’t endorse Trump showed how stupid he is and made him look even worse - whining about Trump attacking his father when he should have gone after the magazine article. He never did deny that it was his father.

“Cruz has been great in the Senate”

Ted voted to end debate on TPA, which led to its passage, thus opening the door for the passage of the TPP monstrosity.

He then co-authored an article with Paul Ryan, extolling the virtues of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Great in the Senate? He aided the effort to destroy American sovereignty. The man is a fraud, and an abject traitor.

Freepers and anti-establishment bloggers did that.

Ted Cruz in his speech said nothing against Trump or the gop but his statements were in support of the Constitution and gop. A group of people started chanting almost like they were against the Constitution. We are getting fed a lot of lies on both sides and it is really hard to find the truth. I am totally against the demonic-rats because of the traitor John kerry and the goop left me a long time ago. I will probably support the goop as a never Killery voter or I may write in Sarah.

> Cruz is better vetted than Barry sortos. The goop hates conservatives and did quite a hatchet job on Ted. Beck, Mark Levin and even Rush had some interesting comments that the anti-Cruz bunch had manufactured.

Conservatives don’t try to get Hillary Clinton elected. BTW, why was Ted flying around with Obama and Hillary? Was he picking up his bribe?
