On Wednesday afternoon, Fox News released a new national poll showing Donald Trump leading Hillary Clinton, 45 to 42 percent, a 10-point swing since the previous Fox survey a month ago. The poll sparked a discussion on social media, which included the usual caveats: It’s just one poll (true); Trump is almost certainly not leading Clinton by three points (also true: the pollster.com average has her up three points); professional Democrats enjoy freaking out (undeniably true); and we still have months of campaigning (sadly true). Trump got a bump for essentially wrapping up the Republican nomination; Clinton, meanwhile, is still battling Bernie Sanders, even if her eventual triumph—and a subsequent boost in the polls—is inevitable. And check out those crosstabs.
So, then, what can a single poll tell us in a long election cycle that itself has become an unpredictable freak show? Nothing—but it can serve as a much-needed reminder that this election is closer than it has any right to be. And the proper response to that fact—to Trump’s almost incomprehensible rise from birther-conspiracist celebrity half-wit to presumptive nominee sitting within striking distance of a former secretary of state—is fear. A bigoted know-nothing could truly be our next president. To argue that Americans should be anything less than terrified is itself irresponsible....

You ought to read the comments at slate on this article; it’s like ten to one in favor of Trump, and this is at an uber-lib site like slate.
It’s worth checking out the enemedia sites to see what kind of delusions they’re operating under (trump is a half-wit, trump is a know-nothing, etc.), and what kind of blow-back they’re getting.
BTW, what’s going on over at salon is mind-blowing; they’re attacking Hillary over there WAY more than we are here.

Problem.....Obama, who loves, “ONLY” himself, has left the Democrat Party with without a POTUS bench. Without elaboration, Hillary Clinton is going to get politically slaughtered by Donald J. Trump!!! Ms. Clinton is not in the same league as DJT....not even close!!!
But....it is not only Clinton that will take the massive political defeat at the hands of DJT....but, DJT, will wipe out a good portion of the current Democrat Party down the ballot vote!!! It's not just one poll, Slate. There have now been several recent polls that show Trump ahead of or within just a few points of beating the Crooked Hildabeast. Love it! :-)

Personally I agree with you. But having said that I expect massive vote fraud and if so DJT is going to have to fight that on his own because the RNC won’t fight it on his behalf. With that being said I think the time between the election and the inauguration is going to be a nightmare of lawsuits, rioting and who knows what else.
I don’t see Hillary’s polls improving, people dislike her intensely and she now has split the Democrat Party.
This guy forgets, conveniently, that it was the Hillary campaign in 2008 that first broached the whole birther thing.
