Laura Ingraham calls for Cruz and Trump "to put the country in the front seat, put your egos in the backseat" to form a coalition to fight for what is best for the country. Ingraham appeared on Tuesday night's broadcast of Hannity.

Exactly! Cruz is not getting the full treatment yet! Once everyone kills Trump off, Cruz is done. They will take him out in days and then install a candidate like Jeb.
If either Trump or Cruz were to win the nomination, the GOP would help Hillary.

Well, it doesn’t make any sense to me either. Only a jackass would suggest that one side in a contest should preemptively give up, disappoint their supporters, and make a mockery of the entire process.
In fact, I think that the only people who could seriously entertain such a suggestion are those who doubt their favorite can win. I certainly think that is true of the Trump fans. I think that more and more they are coming to see him as most of the voters see him: as a person with a deeply flawed psyche and a person addicted to juvenile jackassery. A person completely unsuitable to serve as President.
If Trump wants it, he has to win it. Just like Ted Cruz or anyone else. It isn’t going to be handed to him, and neither he nor his supporters should expect otherwise.
So to Trump and all his supporters; Put on your big boy pants and play the game out to the finish. And stop your endless whining and complaining about not being treated fairly. When has Trump himself ever been fair? He has lied, twisted, dissembled, distorted and slandered his way to where he is now: on the brink of defeat.
So, either fight back or go home, but please don’t demand quarter from your opponents, especially after the last few days.

Jim Robinson has tried this twice (to get a truce between Cruz and Trump).
He’s been blown off both times.
The first time he tried it, I went along with him.

Why Cruz won’t win any state other than small pop western ones and maybe Wisconsin. That is his pattern. His vote totals are not even a third of Trump’s. And Trump is moving into his power, Cruz OUT of his power.
