Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is holding five rallies across Illinois on Monday in the lead-up to its Super Tuesday vote tomorrow. Although the latest polls show Trump with a lead in Illinois, the Cruz rallies highlight the superior ground effort of his campaign. Donald Trump currently has around 36 percent support in Illinois. Cruz is around 25 percent and Ohio Gov. John Kasich is at 19 percent. While Trump may win the overall vote in Illinois, it is possible he ends up with fewer delegates than Cruz, or even Kasich.
In Illinois, the winner of the statewide vote receives 15 of the state's delegates. Another 54 delegates are awarded through votes in the state's 18 congressional districts.
In each district, voters vote for a candidate and then must vote for up to three individuals to serve as delegates, each of whom are affiliated with one of the candidates....

I wonder if he didn’t have another “meeting” with the establishment like he had with Shumer and Rubio.
Does Kirk even have an opponent? Burr is NC faces the physician Dr. Brannon, but I haven’t heard that Burr is worried in the least.
I’ve decided that it’s men with large egos who are just a little jealous of The Donald’s wealth and stature who like to take shots at him. They’re used to being the big wigs, centre of attention, and The Donald is larger than them.
I honestly don’t know how anyone can sit and listen to Cruz. His whining nasally voice are like nails on a chalkboard. Then there’s his superior, arrogant, condescending attitude.....I turn him off even quicker than I do Obama.
If Trump is your 2nd choice, make him your 1st. Cruz and others working for a brokered convention which will produce neither.
I don’t see that Rush has changed at all. He ought to bring back the caller abortions to show the evil Americans so warmly embrace.
Which is why Cruz should be parked in Florida and Ohio instead of chasing sloppy seconds in Illinois. 165 winner-take-all delegates up for grabs and Cruz looks to get shut out in both those states. Doesn't sound like a winning strategy to me.
And even then the finger would probably jump out of his hand and press the trump box.
