The Boos Continue! Trump Ticks Off Tea Party Faithful and They Let Him Hear It

In the department of Presidential candidates hearing jeers-not-cheers from crowds, Donald J. Trump -- Republican frontrunner, real estate mogul, racist eater of burgers -- is not having a very good week. During Thursday night's Republican debate on Fox Business, Trump faced criticism from the crowd in South Carolina after he attempted to lob attacks at Texas Senator (and closest polling threat) Ted Cruz.

If at first you don't succeed, try and fail again.

On Saturday afternoon in front of a crowd of tea party activists, Trump again attempted to toss shade at Cruz, and those in attendance defiantly booed the frontrunner. According to the Associated Press:

"Trump suggested Saturday that the Texas senator is owned by big banks like Citi and Goldman Sachs. The billionaire businessman made the comments at a tea party convention in South Carolina in front of crowd split among supports of the two leading GOP White House contenders."

The below video reveals that the crowd began to turn when Trump said, "You give a campaign contribution to Ted Cruz, you get whatever the hell you want."

Cruz has begun to jeopardize Trump's frontrunner status in recent weeks, and many have argued that Cruz's performance on Thursday night will only increase his support. According to the newest polling data from Real Clear Politics, Cruz falls right into the margin of error with Trump's lead in Iowa, the first state that will caucus in a little over two weeks.

You know nothing about me. Yet you make all sorts of self-righteous judgments. I don’t think that fits in very well with the two New Testament commandments. Remember mercy triumphs over judgment, including from you. Another man’s judgment is meaningless when it’s about me.

You attack the non lemmings. That’s a liberal atheist socialist tactic. I question your Christianity. Keep digging a hole for yourself.

If Cruz does not win Iowa, all bets are pretty much off.

Not true.

The SEC primaries will determine where the race is going. I imagine this is why Trump is trying so hard to deflect the spot light from his liberal roots. The southern states are dominated by conservatives. They are pro life, pro 2nd amendment. If these voters start to see that Trump has no history of supporting these issues his support may disappear.

“Cruz took Goldman money”

That’s disingenuous and you know it. Cruz did not “take” Goldman money. He and his wife took a loan AGAINST THEIR OWN ASSETS. I hate liars, and you Trumpsters are rivaling Obama in your false premises and deceitfulness.

You are not God nor my judge. If you really understood what Jesus taught you would never say the things you have to me.

I’m no judge. You are typically one of those people who often confuse judgment with righteousness.

I don’t blame you however. But if I were a judge and I was callous, I would blame your parents for not teaching you the value of virtue and the difference between the two concepts with regards to morality and ethics.

Sorry, but it takes more than empty rhetoric and recycled campaign slogans to get me on the bandwagon with a long time NY LIEberal.

“I’m no judge. You are typically one of those people who often confuse judgment with righteousness.”

Which is it? You said it wasn’t righteousness either. I love dialogue that completely self destructs when it’s run through itself.

Again you know nothing about me, nor my parents. You judge, but obviously NOT with righteous judgment.

Don’t forget the blacks. Trumpoids have convinced themselves that Trump will win the black vote. Oh, and unions too. The unions love Trump, when you view the world through orange-colored glasses.

"You are not God nor my judge."

Typical LIEberal response. God already judged what is sin...I just happen to be among those whom agree with Him.

Those who support the murder of innocent lives in the womb cannot be trusted with leadership. That alone scratches most of the candidates off the list, but the means to protect life is equally important. Both are two issues "the Don" has supported the opposition, both financially and vocally.

Say what you want.

Like the thief on the cross any man in a moment of time can repent and be saved. It’s not ours to judge others. That is very thin ice to be skating on. It’s going where even angels fear to tread;

But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”

Trumps conservative “conversion” is in that same “special place” he keeps all of those Bibles he had collected. It’s not “judgement” to recognize the lie when he said it, its called discernment.

You know, I’ve been a Cruz supporter for the past year. However, his hypocrisy, along with his supporters’ behavior, like yours, is pushing me toward Trump.

You might want to think about it.

Why play word games? Discernment, judgment, condemnation. Very dangerous ground for any man to walk on.

You know nothing about the status of anyone’s soul with God. Nothing. Why pretend you do and run the risk of being wrong? What spiritual gain or treasure is there in discerning, judging o=and condemning others? None that I can see. If you think there is quote the verse.

I’ve seen the same lie every election cycle, all from those supporting RINOs, moderates, and non-conservatives. Try to come up with something a little more creative next time.
