In the department of Presidential candidates hearing jeers-not-cheers from crowds, Donald J. Trump -- Republican frontrunner, real estate mogul, racist eater of burgers -- is not having a very good week. During Thursday night's Republican debate on Fox Business, Trump faced criticism from the crowd in South Carolina after he attempted to lob attacks at Texas Senator (and closest polling threat) Ted Cruz.
If at first you don't succeed, try and fail again.
On Saturday afternoon in front of a crowd of tea party activists, Trump again attempted to toss shade at Cruz, and those in attendance defiantly booed the frontrunner. According to the Associated Press:
"Trump suggested Saturday that the Texas senator is owned by big banks like Citi and Goldman Sachs. The billionaire businessman made the comments at a tea party convention in South Carolina in front of crowd split among supports of the two leading GOP White House contenders."
The below video reveals that the crowd began to turn when Trump said, "You give a campaign contribution to Ted Cruz, you get whatever the hell you want."

Cruz has begun to jeopardize Trump's frontrunner status in recent weeks, and many have argued that Cruz's performance on Thursday night will only increase his support. According to the newest polling data from Real Clear Politics, Cruz falls right into the margin of error with Trump's lead in Iowa, the first state that will caucus in a little over two weeks.
I’m a I am certainly not liberal and was Valedictorian, not a drop out, in high school. Now, shall we continue the crystal ball reading of you Cruz supporters? You seem to know a lot about what you know nothing about.
+1.
Anyone else hear that Bush is going to get out of race? It is on FB.
Poor Barbara Bush. She’s getting older and that is a lot of tears for her to mop up.
What you said! Amen.
What you said! Amen.
If you don’t believe in something, you believe in nothing.
That’s because they really do suck!
Ta-ta....
I just think it’s the most absurd word combination ever. Only liberals could come up with such phrases.
Wow. Self -righteous much?
I do believe this earth is not my home.
Self righteousness has nothing to do with it. It’s my vote, not yours. You are entitled to “waste your vote” just as much as I am with mine. Your vote is just as valuable as mine.
I don’t toil or toss and turn at night. God is in control of my life. He said to walk the path. I’m doing just that. I don’t compromise because I don’t have to. People who want to sell their souls are free to do so. If that’s what you want for some earthly comforts, that is your choice.
Thank you! Always take the higher ground, especially when one’s presented with a choice.
Exactly what a self righteous person would say.
Hoo-hoo! Yep. You sure told me! You used the term “knee-padder.”
Stay classy San Diego.
You own your attitude - so it is your fault.
You purposely muddy righteousness with self righteousness. Typical Alinsky tactic.
Attack the messenger. Blame the righteous. Blame Godliness. Blame the righteous path. You have a choice. Continue down the path of “lesser of two evils” or seek higher ground. That is your choice. I’ve made mine. I will welcome you to do the same. It will free you, rest assured.
I can see you aren’t a religious nor self-reflecting person, and it’s apparent you chastise what you call dissenters. Good day to you.
I’m OK with it, honey.
What Cruz did in referring to “New York values” was to insult everyone that pulled together right after 9/11.
Now if he had said “Di Blasio values” I could have gotten behind that.
So I understand Donald’s tweet. Pity you do not.
