I have said many times that Sarah Palin’s message is diluted by her poor speaking style. She should have gotten a voice coach long ago.
The only time I have ever heard the woman speak normally is during an epidosde of her reality series. She and Todd were on a plane flying somewhere and she was talking about gas and oil and energy. She is very knowlegeable about the subject and I think she feels extrememly comfortable about the subject. Her voice was well modulated and not the usual hurky jerky screech. I thought to myself that if she would speak like this all the time she would be a lot more credible.

The point is made every time a Palin fan lobs another insult at someone simply for saying she wouldnt be a good candidate. It doesnt take a genius to see that she has a small, rabid following who are especially nasty and tolerate no criticism of her, no matter how small.
If I had to guess, I'd say you were a left-wing troll. You use the same deceptive approaches to your slanders.
For example:
Your whole post takes a small truth and then wraps it in several lies(distortion of the truth), and then you use that whole deceptive post to practice your projection.
This is the classic left-wing approach to using propaganda.
Your projection shows by trying to state that Palin fans are rabid, nasty, and tolerate no criticism, implying that it is their responses are emotional in nature, however, it is your response that is COMPLETELY emotional and is not based in facts, just your un-substantiated opinion and the evidence does not favor your opinion as anyone reading FreeRepublic can plainly see.

My first reaction was to say...Post of the day, or perhaps year.
Assuming you were making a clever point in support of Sarah at Ted`s expense...I am a fan of Cruz and he can take it, because he also loves Sarah
But then I read it again, and was not sure if you were just stating your opinion on Ted Cruz
I guess I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer to have to ask for clarification

The liberal press and the moderate press embraced Bachmann in a weirded out sort of way, not that they liked MB, but it was NOT helpful to the cause
The American people are so dumb and the majority still are lead by the MSM

Wouldn't it be great if the world could really work that way? Sadly, we have become an instant decision, soundbite, fake reality show consumer culture where very few people know anything about the content of a candidate's character.
I offer you the brilliant record and courageous character of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker who could probably have this country in sound financial territory in a few short years, but will probably not get past the first few primaries because of his somewhat bland speaking style.

If I had to guess, I'd say you were a left-wing troll. You use the same deceptive approaches to your slanders. I have an aversion to cults of personality, on either side. Conservatives should be passionate about philosophy and ideas, not media personalities and politicians.
There's a small subset of Freepers and the Tea Party who won't allow any criticism of Palin, constructive or otherwise, without insulting the messenger. If you can't see it, then you're a blind fool.

This looks like a good place to say that I love Ted Cruz, but I dont think he can win the presidency because of his voice. There is something irritating about his manner of speaking. He sounds like a wuss, but I like what he says as long as he uses only a sentence or two. After that Im snoozing. The more perceptive among us will notice that no pro-Cruz folks will show up to insult you and call you a leftist troll simply because you don't like Cruz's voice, and don't think he'd be a good candidate.
It's a tactic unique to the Palinites.
To: Friendofgeorge
Both. I love Ted Cruz and hope he runs, but his voice also irritates me. For real. His voice does not carry authority as much as I would like. His fillabuster was great and I didn’t get so tired because it was for a huge cause. But the more I listen to him in interviews, the more I wish HE had voice lessons.
