"How are they going to feel about people standing outside a bar congregating because they can't smoke inside?"

Don't worry, they are going to ban it on the street one of these days and its not going to be long. Ah, the wonderful effects of prohibition, deeper and deeper you get dragged.

They have done that in some residential communities already here in NJ too.

Example, in North Caldwell, you can't smoke at in front of your house. So, if you are a nonsmoker and have guests, any of them smokes, they have to go to the backyard to have a cig.
