You've already admitted that argument doesn't hold water. Trying to get the subject changed?

The argument that all employees should have the same health laws apply is the one I agree with. Either a smoking ban in the work place should apply to all employees or no employees.

Its inconsistant to apply them to one group and not the other.

The argument that you have already conceded is the one about whether SHS (ETS) is harmful.

The smoking bans are based on the false assumption that second-hand smoke is harmful.

Universally imposing bans based on junk science and political agendas is an affront to freedom, explaining your smug delight in their spread, lady.
