Rifts, there is no argument here. The smokers current points including private property rights is getting creamed in the political arena. 2 to 1 loss is about as bad as anything that could occur.

As for the SHS subject, the politicians are using it to cover the employees on bars and restaurants to trump private property rights and its working.

As for my viewits not that SHS is dangerous or not its just that the laws for business owners should be uniform.
