Has anyone seen this? It's a press release from a few days ago from the South Dakota AG. It also gives a phone number to call for more information (Hmmm, maybe this should be freeped) Any ideas?

Maka Duta will be charged in Minnehaha County on multiple counts of forgery.

Make that one maxi-ha-ha, and a "neener-neener-neener."

Maybe someone who knows how should send that other thread to this guy. The thread where Johnson takes his THROW UP "Victory" speech. Gag.

Every single absentee vote cast that matches any of the forgeries should be disqualified. I will not hold my breath.

I hope they do something in South Dakota. We need that Senate seat.
NBC stsed that Johnson is the winner and asked Tommy Dasshole if that is some consolation or some such question like "is this some relief for you"?

I don't want the Republicans to give this up without a fight.
No "Ashcrofting" this time in this state...unlike MO this was out-and-out total voter fraud, box-stuffing and an attempt of theft of the rightful winners seat!

In two more years I'm hoping for a "super-majority" of Republicans in both House and Senate.

Has Thune conceded? At this point, I suspect it will devolve on the Senate to decide whether to seat Johnson. As far as I'm concerned, they should wait until every legal avenue has been pursued, if it takes six years.

Hey, didn't Johnson get an endorsement from General Armstrong Custer?

We don't need to freep anything on Voter Fraud on South Dakota Indian Reservations, but we have to hope the Feds are sharp as tacks going after this. The most important name involved in Democrat voter fraud, (in my opinion) is Brian Drapeaux

. And this article:

http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020901-9618990.htm

"... Thus it is no accident that the state Democratic Party has enlisted Brian Drapeaux, a tribal leader from the Lower Brule reservation and a former aide to Senate Majority Leader Daschle, as its Native American Vote Chair..."

Brian Drapeaux...a name I'll remember.
