Arrest Expected in Voter Fraud Investigation
(Pierre) Attorney General Mark Barnett announced today that Becky Red Earth-Villeda, also known as Maka Duta, will be arrested in the ordinary course of events for alleged forgery of absentee ballot applications. Maka Duta will be arrested in the ordinary course of events, said Barnett. No evidence has been obtained that shows she has cast or made an attempt to cast actual ballots.
Maka Duta will be charged in Minnehaha County on multiple counts of forgery.
The Division of Criminal Investigation has interviewed over 400 people in 25 counties. DCI agents also conducted a lengthy interview with Maka Duta on Tuesday. The information obtained is still being processed.
Voters should proceed as normal and go to the polls on the 5th, said Barnett.
The Division of Criminal Investigation began investigating allegations of bogus absentee ballot applications after being alerted by county auditors. There are currently 30 DCI agents working on the case.

Thanks for looking- all I can think of to do is keep putting the information out there- vote fraud in SD is a fact, not a theory or story- and hope some of the higher-ups realize "we wuz robbed!"

We don't need to freep anything on Voter Fraud on South Dakota Indian Reservations, but we have to hope the Feds are sharp as tacks going after this. The most important name involved in Democrat voter fraud, (in my opinion) is
Brian Drapeaux. And this article:
http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020901-9618990.htm
"... Thus it is no accident that the state Democratic Party has enlisted Brian Drapeaux, a tribal leader from the Lower Brule reservation and a former aide to Senate Majority Leader Daschle, as its Native American Vote Chair..."
Brian Drapeaux...a name I'll remember.

I'm amazed at the # of threads that were posted before the elections on South Dakota fraud.

I have never seen so many stories about vote fraud published before an election. In fact, I can't recall any other time the news leaked out until it was far to late to do anything about it.

Have asked the powers that be here, to post this on the post page ....to the right? The archived links deserve a spot. Maybe a freeper will notice something. The more this is out there, the more chance there is of people taking appropriate action.

I think voter fraud this year was massive ---there was a radio station across the border in Mexico urging it's listeners at the last minute to get over to the US and vote and to vote you only needed some kind of ID card, you don't need to bring a voter's registration card here. I think the democrats knew from their polls things weren't going well for them though. They were only able to pull it off in some places but not the extent they would have liked.

I saw one story- about absentee ballots in Orlando being dusted for fingerprints- but I suspect there was a very concerted effort to stop vote fraud that is being kept quiet.
