I am watching President Bush giving a speech on CNN telling us he is expanding federal government more than any Democrat since Truman.

All Bush had to do was get, the heads of the FBI,CIA and Ridge together in one room and say, okay fellas figure out a way to efficiently share information or by God I'll find people who can.

And a few little laws here and there...

"It's impossibly hard to 'clean house', what with all those EEOC attorneys protecting bureaucrats,,as you know, since you 'know Washington'. Hope your job is safe."

Nothing is impossible when your President of the United States. BTW, I am retired, whether I am safe or not is something I pray about every day.

Wait and see,

So you have no proof. BTW, why does a globalist go against global treaties ? Is it just cover for the super secret plot ?

Finally, you do not create another agency to stop the stove piping of intelligence. You get the agencies to stop stove pipping by ordering them to cut the crap, even if that means changing their leadership.

That idea worked real well up until 9/11, didn't it?

I hear your talk, but that's really all it is-talk. I know you man well, but it's a pipe dream. J. Edgar Hoover basically ran the nation during his tenure.

People at the highest levels of the CIA and FBI need to be hald accountable to a common authority to make them share information.

Nothing is impossible when your President of the United States.

I think that took a dent when the EPA released the global
warming report, and the President disavowed it.  The civil
service may make weenies of every president.  Being the
head of the executive branch, to hear freepers tell it,
doesn't really make you responsible for what they do.
I don't know.  It's getting weird.  They didn't say
that when Waco was burned to the ground.

Surely the most powerful armed forces in the history of man can defend our shores.

Yes they can. Its the buildings, roads, bridges and other places people congregate that is the problem.

"I knew that. Does that make it right? They were only placed there because (1) they use boats (a mode of... transportation) and (2)we did not feel comfortable using the DoD function to do what they do, as it sends the legal representaion of a police-state."

You do not need to sell me on the fact that the USCG has been under-used, under-defined, under-budget. Does that mean that they need to report to a new Homeland Defense Agency? Heck no. They have been Homeland Defense. They should be the lead agency. Not some political presidential directive that suports a political objective. The American Public deserves better.

Can you also impersonate someone who can hold a rational conversation?

You have not argued in real terms any point I made. I wonder why?

Let's go head-to-head in real grown-up debate.

Ouch darlin, I don't know wheather to leave you in your peaceful sleep, or wake you to a few facts. The communist press never reports these things, you have to do some digging.

Oh no..the conspiracy thickens.
The fascist dictatorship busts innocent families left and right just because they want to go on vacation and have a couple hundred $$$ to spend...and their cars are all confisgated and they are all thrown in jail.....and we never hear about it because the communist press never reports it.
Nobody knows about these things because you really have to "do some digging."

Their houses are sold and their kids are put in foster homes.
You might even be driving one of their confisgated cars and don't even know it.
Just ask MissAmericanPie.

You just absolutely hate him, don't you? That's the bottom-line.

I've never met GWB but generally I think he is a good guy. My concern is that he is listening to advice from those with a globalist agenda.

You are making a real fool of yourself. We did not attack Afghanistan, we attacked the Taliban/opression. There is a big difference. They have free elections on the horizon.

We attacked a sovereign nation, elections have little bearing on freedom.

Just the same old crap.

Right you are. This would read essentially the same way if they were setting up the tea tasting board.

So don't count Buchanan out yet, it's a long shot, but it can happen.

You can bet I'm not going to throw away my vote on the Bush/Gore ticket. Down with globalism, God bless America!

Pat Robertson is a holier than thou hypocrite I have never been able to stomach. How Christian of him to deny Buchanan an opportunity to speak to the full conference. What are these cowards afraid of, everyday a new poll tells us there is no threat to the Bush/Gore ticket. If that is the case why is there such fear of Buchanan?

A vote for Bush/Gore is a vote for globalism, the New World Order and transnational corporations. God bless the dollar, America can fend for itself.

First, prior tom 911 we were badly broken, this was never news to those who have been there. Secondly, As far as kowing, I doubt that you have a clue. Finally, I agree all people at the highest levels of Government need to be held accountable. This means all those with oversight.
