Nothing is impossible when your President of the United States.

I think that took a dent when the EPA released the global
warming report, and the President disavowed it.  The civil
service may make weenies of every president.  Being the
head of the executive branch, to hear freepers tell it,
doesn't really make you responsible for what they do.
I don't know.  It's getting weird.  They didn't say
that when Waco was burned to the ground.

A commander is responsible for the actions of his troops. whether good or bad. Global Warming did not kill over 5000 Americans.
