Are these the innocent acts of a poor confused individual? The use of controled substances
Driving under the use of controled substances
Driving under the influence of Alcohol
Running down a pedestrian
Leaving the scene of the accident
Kidnapping
Failing to seek medical attention for the victim
Criminal Negligence
Murder
Conspiracy to avoid prosecution
Obstruction of Justice
Calous disregard for the victim
Ignoring his pleas for help
Seeking personal gratification while the man lay dying in her garage
Conspiring with others to allow the man to die
Laughing at the idea she had killed a member of a specific race
Conclusions
Is there no end to the claims of innocence by members of certain groups, over acts that continue to spiral downwards to new levels of a hideous nature? This is not an innocent woman. She made so many poor decisions that it's obvious she needs to be placed where she can no longer inflict her ignorance on the rest of society.
It occurs to me that when members of your group do something hideous, that it would be better to recognize those acts for what they are and cut your losses, than to defend them and reveal the true essence of the group at large. That being said, it is heartening to note that someone came forward and reported this woman. Evidently some members of that group DO have their heads glued on sqarely.

We figured out at lunch today why this
woman did that to that poor homeless man.

She just got tired of him always trying to
wash her windshield.

Capital Murder Charges would be appopriate. She was in the commission of a crime (DWI/DUI/use of illegal substance - and who knows what else).when the guy received the fatal injuries. I don't give a rip that she was "drunk and on drugs" - she killed a guy, and even could have helped him, but chose not too. This tells me it was not an accident.
And where are all the bleeding heart liberals? They should be screaming "Hat Crime" - but they are strangely silent. The woman even laughed about "hitting a white guy".
If a white guy had hit a black person, then later giggled about "hitting a black dude", he would be labled a racist and people would be screaming HATE CRIME!
Amazing. The death penalty would be too good...she tortured the poor guy to death. He didn't die immediately from his injuries. In fact, if he lived as long as he did while stuck in the windshield bleeding, he most certainly could have been saved. The woman CHOSE to let him die, despite his plea for help.

Sensitive? Nah, I just like to have fun with it. I get a kick out of folks who say nothing's a conspiracy, except when they want it to be. I say, "Tin Foil For Everybody!"

She watched him die for two days and that is not a "hate crime"?

How is the apologists' chorus going to yammer their way out of this?
To: MissAmericanPie
She watched him die for two days and that is not a "hate crime"? And she giggled telling people about what she did.
How did those old Pace Picante sauce commercials used to go?

Good parallels. How 'bout Matthew Shepard/Jesse Dirkhising?

Thanks for your thorough and fascinating post.

I'm positive that this heathen is an immigrant!!! He he...please...I hope I dont ruin your day but America is chock full of people who are citizens that are capable of this sort of thing. And the scary part is their population is growing.

I used to live in Texas, and it is my understanding that the death penalty is only imposed for Capitol Murder, i.e. murder occuring during the commission of another crime, or murder of more than one person.Could that include driving while impaired? She's already admitted that.

Death penalty.
To: b4its2late; aristeides
Why did this take so long to come to light? None of the media thought it was newsworthy I guess. Just Fox News so far. You point to one of the most interesting facets of all this for the American public -- just how well will the media continue to turn a blind eye to the obvious. (See Aristeides posted link above.)

Missed the point entirely didn't you. My post replied to Freebird forever's assertion that the perp is likely a Haitian based on her name. This is jingoism in its most stripped-bare form. Freebird lists himself as a Texan. The perp is from Texas. Just tossed it back to him hoping he'd see how absurd it sounds. Besides, no mention in my post about Texans in general. I've been to Texas plenty of times and count a number of Texans as friends. No one group is all any one thing. I'll try to be less subtle next time.

Dr. Peerwani - that name sounds very familiar.

Death?
The Prosecutor said 5 to life were the range of possible sentences on an interview today.

Her case is one reason I refuse to serve on any jury here. I refuse to cool my heels doing my "civic duty" while scum like this gets to plea bargin away their rightful sentence rather than face a jury.

"Get a rope!"

She looks like a criminal. This should be a hate crime..after all, she seems to enjoy hitting people of different races.
