[history]
Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, who last week criticized President Bush for the direction of the war in Afghanistan, is now praising the president's leadership.
In a resolution, Mr. Daschle declares that the Senate "stands united with the president in the ongoing effort to destroy al Qaeda." He also offers condolences to the families of U.S. troops killed in action.

Guess Puff was getting flamed via email, fax, phone and while walking down the street.

The only reason Da$$hole wants to be behind Bush is because it makes it easier for him to stick a knife in his ribs. Don't trust this statist for a millisecond.

"Daschle vows unity behind Bush"Is that anything like "Cassius vows unity behind Caesar"?
If I were Dubya, I'd NEVER allow the Dashole behind me!

Along with all his other problems, Daschle is apparently manic-depressive as well.

How about he is as irritating as a mustard seed stuck under the false teeth of life?

Whoooops! Sounds like puff Dashole let his alligator mouth, overload his hummingbird ass.
This deserves to be bumped.
But I would substitute "hummingbird brain" for "hummingbird ass".
Dasshole isn't just one of one hundred; he sets the agenda for the El Stupido Congress.
Dasshole single handidly blocks votes on critical items and presidential appointments, and generally does the Devil's work.

Daschle is a weasel and obstructionist. He has tried to politicise the war on terror and in so doing is putting American lives at risk. Daschle is bad for American interests and Americans. He plays policites for his own self-interest when he should be assuming a patriotic leadership role. He is a disgrace.

I love this, I really do. The dims couldn't possibly have a worse public face than Daschle. He bombs EVERY time he opens his mouth. I really think he's bad for the party...he's pointing out to the people just how bad that party really is. They routinely put politics ahead of the nation's interest and now EVERYONE can see it.
Maybe we can talk little Tommy into giving a daily press conference. I wonder what it would take to get Tommy on Russerts show every week? That would really drive the dims numbers down.

"I think that sums it up pretty well: The Democrats are floundering without any of their traditional issues taking hold with the American people. Clinton spent their inheritance. Now, they have to suffice with watching Bush kick their asses ..."
This is also very telling of the democrats as a party. They don't give a damn about this country, they just want to control it. This is not unusual behavior for communists.

Don't forget Lexusgate and FAAgate. To quote a dead englishman,"it is surely a sad day when a midget castes such a long shadow on the land".

An aide to Mr. Daschle said his office received an increased volume of phone calls after his criticisms last week but did not know whether the callers supported or opposed his stance. The same aide stated Sen. Dashurl had also stepped in dog crap but wasn't sure if it was a pleasant or an offensive odor.

An aide to Mr. Daschle said his office received an increased volume of phone calls after his criticisms last week but
did not know [felt too embarrased to disclose] whether the callers supported or opposed his stance.
I feel so much better now that the truth has been told!

That probably works for the geriatric set. For South Park fans it may be that he is worthy of eating Kenny's puke.
