MSNBC: Ari Fleischer To Blast Clinton Administration At 12:30
MSNBC | 2-28-02 | My Favorite Headache

Posted on 02/28/2002 7:30:09 AM PST by My Favorite Headache

Just heard a news break from Rick Sanchez saying the Bush administration is going to hold the Clinton administration responsible for pressing peace talks in a volatile situation that they knew would result in more violence against Israel beginning in 2000....more to follow during briefing. But apparently Ari is going to have something big to say on this and where the U.S. is going to go with the situation in Israel and the war on terrorism.

Sheesh....why can't these reporters get it?

Even a second grader telling the teacher....that's not how Mrs. Soandso did it in first grade ...gets it faster when the reply is.....your in second grade now. Things will be different.

Hey, press...different President...different solutions. Get used to it.

Reporter: Does the Administration agree with Dasshole's assessment of the war on terrorism-that Al Quaeda's back has not been broken?
Ari: The Administration believes that Al Quaeda is much less capable of broad terrorist acts than they were a few months ago.

Me: Reporter is desperate to get a quote that admistration "agrees" with Dasshole.--Slimeballs!

"shoot for the moon", "pushed too far"...Ari refused to say he was refering to the clinton administration earlier today...he fell back and said the new Administration is following the Mitchel process. He had his chance and passed.

This is so funny to watch..

You think Ari said that comment this morning to see what reaction he would get?

Can someone tell me what the heck is going on? Where is Ari speaking? If it's his regular press briefing, how did people know what he was going to say? This is surreal.

It was brought up this morning at the informal briefing between Ari and presstitutes.

Retarded. This is a press-created "controversy." These people have their panties in a wad because they think Ari might possibly have implied that Bill Clinton isn't divine.

Exactly! The collective whine coming from the press pool is pretty much: "Ari, How DARE you criticize our former esteemed President Clinton?!"

There they go AGAIN: "Ari, do you still stand by what you said this morning?"

Actually they've asked the same question 3 times! Ari's handling it well, however, by saying, "OK, you want to bring up John King's question again."

Ari is smart. His AM comments forced people to take a close look at Bubba's repeated failures and address them rather than gloss them over. Ari is way ahead of the liberal socialist spin about the failure of GW to bring peace. He saw that train coming and derailed it.

I can hear it on the link that was posted. Is there a link to see it right now or do I have to wait until later? It sounds like his regular briefing. Did he give a briefing before the briefing he is giving now? Does anyone know why Ari is taking this different tack of, speaking so elaborately about this issue? It sounds like he's been let loose to speak more freely, and for himself.

MSNBC info-babe now saying that Ari had to "back-pedal" his statement of this morning (RE: "Clinton tried to 'shoot the moon', but failed to broker any peace in the Middle East").

I know! How many times can you ask the very same question?! Ari is amazing... I don't know how he can stand to deal with these 'Rat-loving idiots on a daily basis.

"MSNBC info-babe now saying that Ari had to "back-pedal" his statement of this morning ..."

Yes! Don't you love how these talking airheads editorialize the NEWS for us...thats what SHE wanted to believe he did......the press is in such denial about clinton!

I was screaming he was making things worse back in 2000 when he was trying to FORCE them into something Both Sides clearly didn't want.
