I agree. This focus on looks is idiotic. These news people are generally better looking than most of the posters here, I'll bet. It's their ideas, not their looks, that people should be discussing. Frankly, I wish they'd put Rita Cosby in that time slot. She is a great interviewer and isn't afraid to ask hard ball questions. It was priceless watching her go after Jesse Jackson, in such a lady-like but ruthless fashion.

Greta is definitely CNN. Liberals are preoccupied with appearances. A face-lift will fix everything. Good intentions--or the appearance of them--is all that matters. Greta's appearance was never a problem. Typical Liberal problem solving--change appearances, never comprehending that substance is the problem. To Liberals appearances is everything, substance of no importance.

Oh, please -- do you actually think these people are hired for their IDEAS? Greta's face job was probably a condition for employment on Fox. CNN tried the sexy zipper bit with Paula Zahn, and Laurie Dhue looks like a caricature of a dumb blonde (sorry guys!), and Dan Rather, Tom Brokejaw and Peter Jennings wouldn't have made it to the local news in Anchorage without the "look." Let's be serious about the nature of TV news personalities. They are all fair game for mockery -- especially if their political views happen to be mirrored by their facial features -- no one forced them into the media game at gunpoint.

Did FOX pull the rerun of this interview? The guide on my satellite receiver is listing War on Terror: The Hunt for the Killers, hosted by John Gibson at 2:00 CST. I scrolled all the way to Fox and Friends, and found no trace of Greta. Did this show get pulled and replaced by a John Gibson rerun?
