they protest too much, if they weren't using it for that reason then why they are they so upset? They're not upset about being mislabeled but that they won't get $34m??

$34 million is not a lot of cash to the Chinese government is it?

The Chinese "correct choice" is INCORRECT.
President Bush made the correct choice.
(No quotation marks needed.
Excessive use of quotes around normal words, along with the overuse of the term "so-called," are reserved for Chinese propagandists who cannot understand non-commie ideas.)
