"South Shall Rise Again!!
(To be sung to R.E.M.'s "So. Central Rain")
Clinton's gonna fall!! Dem Leftists try to stall...
Their Lib'ral mis-Directions...are driving RATS insane!!
Our Will shan't bend!! Slick Willie washed away...
The Evil of the Lib'rals...has forced Mudboy to sing.
I'm sorry...Slick's sorry...Left's sorry...Right's always...
Justice is our Right...Third Party calls...the RINOs frown...
The wise man wrote his words upon the rocks...
But MUD's not bound to follow suit!!
The Left shall bend...Slick's ConDamnation's Nigh!!
If Slick's Treas'nous Crimes YOU Condone...yer choice isn't mine!!
Slick's sorry...Left's sorry...
Med'yuh never called!! MUD waited for Left's calls...
Left's lies and mis-directions are driving US away!!
Then Limbaugh sang...Left's Brain-washin' washed away...
Left says that I should "Just Move ON!!"...that Choice isn't mine!!
I'm sorry...Slick's sorry...Left's sorry...Justice's RIGHT!!!
Ooooh...Ahhhhh...Ahhhhhhhhh-EEEEE...Ahhhhh-ahhhhhhh-uhhhhh...
{end very intensely on Am}

"...the political Right has deliberately gone outta their way to make it as difficult as possible for a lot of us to support them."
Agreed!! I can understand that the Congressional Makeup is such that no significant conservative legislation will be allowed to escape various Senate committees; however, those of us on the Right who are increasingly-dismayed by this Milquetoast Moderate tendency towards Federal Expansionism--albeit arguably less-rapid--need something to hang our hats on if we are to fight tooth and nail to get more GOPers into Congressional seats. Dubyuh has muddied the differences between the Right and the Left with his horrific Education Bill, his proposal for increased federalized Volunteerism, and other Big Guv'ment spending schemes, to the point that I'm finding it increasingly difficult to make the case to potentially-sympathetic acquaintances that the GOP is much different than the RATS in their Worldview as to how big the Federal Leviathan should get!! Therefore, I'm thinking We need to start a grassroots push towards Nationalizing the MidTerm elections with something akin to the '94 Contract With America. GOPers need to tell us how they plan to decrease the Size and Scope of the Federal Leviathan if we exert the effort to put them more solidly in Power; otherwise, why work so hard?!
Educational Vouchers (optional), Medical Savings Accounts (optional), Capital Gains Tax Cuts and an acceleration of the already-passed Income Tax Cuts, Social Security Personal Accounts (optional), etc. need to be spelled out so that the Sheeple can understand the clear-cut benefits of getting the Federal Guv'ent outta our lives, and the whole Party needs to be speaking in unison on these specific issues so that the voting populace can achieve a comfort level with the earnestness of accomplishing this devolvement of Power outta DeeCee. With Bush riding record approval numbers--and Senator D'asshole proving infinitely LOATHEable--Dubyuh can help spearhead the discussion from his Bully Pulpit, but the actual Party goals need to bubble up from the grassroots!! Who better than FReepers to start setting the legislative agenda?!!
This November has the potential for Major Gains for the Right in both the House and Senate, but we need to start differentiating ourselves from the RATS now by running on an Agenda that goes beyond saying, "Well, we're not as bad as the RATS!!"

Tell Mud “howdy” back- and he’s still one of my favorites in exile.
God, I hope so... I've gotten sick & tired of compiling that stuff.
