Last week I posted a opinion piece about Single and Alone for the Holidays (No Im not going to post a link! That article has run its course.)
You would be surprised at the number of responses I received via Freep Mail (There were millions! well dozens.) Anywho, the thought occurred and was suggested by Texana RED (thanks for giving me permission to use your name) that next year we should have a Freeper Christmas Party for those of us who are single adults.
The original thread (No, Im still not going to post a link.) was about how non-responsive churches are to the needs of single adults, especially during the Holidays.
What do you think? About the idea of a Freeper Christmas party, I mean.
Think about what you did this last week do you want to go through the same next year? Tell us! Maybe we all can make it happen!(The party...not the link to the other thread...which I still refuse to post!)
What are your plans for this New Years?
Nah, it's probably the company computer guy that hates you. Those fellas are more evil than these damn puters!
Mine too, it is so far beyond the IT department, darn Compaq. It's ok because I'm gettin a new Dell at work soon.
Why put it out of its misery quickly when I could make it suffer using one of my .22s? LOL
Make that Jim Beam bourban for me. :-)
How did you guess? That may be it, actually. We have about three Gateways at work, and they cause more trouble than the rest combined, seems like. Should add something about it to their slogan. "Gateway - the computer that comes with it's very own gremlin! Watch out - he bites!"
Hey! Watch it, buddy! I AM the company computer "guy"! I may be evil, but I'm not more evil than that dang computer. ;-)
You got it.
But you really should try this stuff...
Particularly the 10 year old single malt
Thank goodness!
As for your being told by Fundamentalists that you're going to hell - did they happen to mention that whether or not you go to hell is YOUR CHOICE?? Jesus died to give you another option, but you don't have to choose it.
I got rid of it and got an Alienware(Expensive, but among the best in quality and support). One problem with the speakers in nearly 3 years. I sent an email. They sent new speakers after one question back that I answered.
No other problems at all and no complaints.
I usually reply - "Lead the way"
Wouldn't it now? Actually the FReepers I know in person are a great bunch of people. I have determined that if I should marry again, he MUST be a FReeper!
Bushmills Irish Whiskey.... soooo good
