I find that a 12 gauge is effective in putting a computer out of it's misery too. Just make sure no one is standing behind it.

LOL! Though even that may be too fast for the evilest computers. It's almost too bad that they contain some pretty toxic stuff...I'd enjoy disembling mine down to the last screw and torching it bit by bit. Nasty thing.
