Are liberal Democrats the new black helicopter loonies?

Are the liberal Democrats becoming the black helicopter loonies of the new millennium?

Remember the black helicopter loonies of the 90’s? Linda Thompson, Mark from Michigan and the other crazies, remember how all their stupid ranting seem to stick to conservatives like Velcro? Those bozos created all sorts of credibility problems for anyone who spoke up about issues in the Clinton administration. Any time a conservative criticized the Clinton administration he or she would be dismissed as just another Clinton hating black helicopter loony. This dismissible conservative credibility in the eyes of the American public seemed to embolden Clinton to do what he damn well pleased without fear of retribution from the public, even to the point of lying to Congress and the American people.

Is the shoe on the other foot now?

Charles Schumer, Maxine Waters and others from the left appear have taken up the mantel of un-credible loonies whose words and actions are destroying any credibility the Democrats have when it comes to criticizing the Republicans and the Bush administration. Their ranting doesn’t seem to change Bush’s popularity ratings, in fact they make it look like the Democratic Party agenda is simply a sour grapes plot to get Bush.

Do the Republicans realize this? If they do realize this can they take advantage of the situation or will the innate Republican fear of doing something stupid turn into another round of not doing anything at all?

Firstly, he hasn't admitted to doing that.

Apparently he has, and we will see the video tape later in the week.

Secondly, geography has no bearing on rights. I think you'd do well to stop speaking for God. You have no idea.

So there's no such thing as an American citizen?

Your non-denial that you prize Osama binLaden's rights as much as your grandmother's is telling.

You're still as anti-American as ever.

Is pornography involving kittens illegal? "Congress shall make no law." No. Ron Paul would not be authorized by the constitution to make such legislation even if it were applied to real children. Child molestation is not "speech."

What has this got to do with anything? The constitution doesn't create rights. If you're born in America or anywhere else you still have unalianable rights. Unless you want to tell me that Jefferson was a liar and this nation is actually founded upon a big lie.

It does not matter how old she is when she releases it. What matters is the date of production.

Now, the question of the proper age someone is able to make a decision as an adult is, admittedly fuzzy and not based on any absolutes. Seems silly if the girl made it on the day before her birthday.

But the age of consent, however arrived at, is based on a best guess of when a person is able to fully understand and comprehend the ramifications of their actions. Hence minors cannot engage in contracts, vote, etc.

So long as the law is that 18 is the age of consent - that is immutable.

Let's say 17-year-old girl makes a video of herself doing interesting things while nude, holds onto it until after her 18th birthday, then tries to market it.

This disgusts me. I know where you're going and I don't appreciate it on this thread.

Remember the black helicopter loonies of the 90’s?

Some still survive and have infested this site. Roll call of shame:

So now I'm a black helicopter looney. How nice.

I'm the same person who's been posting "Dale Gribble Alerts" when the real loonies arrive. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, in fact, I'm more "conservative" than you are.

You're just mad 'cause I blasted you today on a WOD thread.

Baby.

You've got that right ! Demidog regularly wraps himself in the Constitution, screams at other FREEPERS that they are unAmerican, and don't know what is in the Constitution, yet, on anoher thread, he had the timerity to tell me that TREASON and SEDITION are NOT mentioned in the Constitution. Imagine that ? LOL The supposed " Constitutional scholar " hasn't an iota of an idea WHAT is in the Constitution, that he LOVES to claim he knows.

Bwaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Child molestation is not "speech."

So its not protected by the first amendment and can be prohibited and those that posses it convicted of a crime. That's exactly how I feel too. Most of the libertarian bent don't always follow our thinking even on this.

You're forgetting the enumeration of power. There should be no federal laws about it either way except for in the federal district (the same goes for murder and just about every other crime you can think of). Therefore, any federal laws on the books should be repealed to make it a state matter, but no laws should make the states allow it. Nor should federal laws make states prohibit it, but the states should ban it on their own.

Sedition really isn't mentioned in the Constitution.

Of course. The right to a jury trial is merely the enumeration of the natural right to a fair trial where your peers not only judge your guilt but the law used to prosecute you. It covers alot of ground. We have the right to judge the laws used against us.

The right is not just about getting a jury trial but about sitting on the jury in judgement of the accused and the law.

Have you ever read the bible? Just curious.

Assuming Bin Laden is captured by our military, he has no constitutional rights whatsoever. Nor can he make an appeal to the edicts in the globalist Geneva Convention.

Hopefully, his theoretical capture will be kept secret, and physical discomfort will be applied to extract as much information as possible.

Laws against child pornography are not laws against the crime of child molestation.
