Missing evidence from Oklahoma City

The FBI doesn't want to talk about it, but the evidence keeps mounting.

Critical evidence that several Middle Eastern men may have been connected to the Oklahoma City bombing appears to have been kept from the public by the FBI.

The former agent referred to in this article is likely OKC FBI agent Dan Vogel who was on CBS 60 minutes earlier this year describing withheld FBI evidence in the OKC case that was not lost but deliberately withheld from the courts, defense attorneys and the public.

Two weeks ago agent Vogel was barred by the DOJ and Ashcroft from testifying at the OK state trial of Terry Nichols. Vogel was going to testify at that time about the evidence he received from KFORTV reporter Jayan Davis and her attroney Dan Nelson pertaining to Middle Eastern men connected to Iraq and a Hamas terror cell who helped McVeigh do the OKC bombing.

Former impeachment proceeding legal counsel, David Schippers is Jayna Davis' attorney. Schippers along with Judicial Watch and Larry Klayman are already representing another FBI agent in a Federal lawsuit against the FBI and the DOJ. The case involves allegations that the FBI and DOJ blocked FBI agents from taking actions that could have averted the WTC attacks. Some of the information pertaining to the WTC attacks also indirectly relates to withheld FBI evidence connected to the OKC bombing and what Dan Vogel received from Jayna Davis.

Congressman Bob Barr of Georgia has recently called publicly on the Quinn & Rose show in Pittsgurgh for a COngressional investigation of the FBI coverup of the Middle Eastern connection to the OKC bombing. Other efforts are under way with other Congressmen and Senators to take action on the FBI and DOJ coverup and to use Congressional Hearings to explore Iraq's involvment in the OKC bombing with Bin Laden and Hamas operatives.

Two weeks ago Assitant Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz told a source for US NEWS & World Report that McVeigh had Iraqi phone numbers, was an Iraqi agent and that there had been an FBI coverup. I posted this exclusive information received personally from US News editor Paul Bedard on FreeRepublic under an article "McVeigh's Ghost". This information about McVeigh having Iraqi phone numbers was confirmed by Jayna Davis in a recent interview she gave.

So far two administrations have chosen to use the FBI and DOJ to suppress the truth about the Iraqi and Hamas involvment in the OKC bombing. The administrations have chosen either to avoid pressure of public opinion to take military actions in the Middle East or to prevent the public from learning of USG forewarning, perjury, and obstruction of justice concerning the Middle Eastern attacks.

Wow. I have seen all this before, thanks in part to your postings here in FreeRepublic, but it's extremely encouraging that the Indianapolis Star would print this article. How much longer can these corrupt people sit on this evidence? It was bad enough when it was a matter of covering up clinton's probably foreknowledge of the OKC bombing, but it's double dynamite when the coverup may have prevented the FBI from stopping the attack on the World Trade Tower.

All this to save clinton's miserable skin. Do Ashcroft and Bush really think its their job to continue covering up for clinton? If this comes out, a lot of heads will roll. Tough. They should roll. Hundreds, and perhaps thousands of lives have been lost so the party of perverts and abortionists wouldn't have to see clinton impeached and indicted.

As I have often said before, anyone who hasn't read Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's book or the report by Brigadier General Benton K. Partin on the OKC bombing, as background to this case, should certainly do so.

There can't be a middle eastern terrorist connection. The OKC bombing was the result of conservatives and talk radio, especially Rush Limbaugh. Clinton said so. It must be true. Clinton would never lie about a thing like that, would he?

It bugs me ... Why would Jayna Davis turn evidence for the defendent over to the prosecution?
And if the FBI is not the prosecution, it is, at least, a hostile entity towards the defense.

Lets hope the possibility that 'triple dynamite' (a third attack) might be avoided will eventually led those within the alphabet agencies to disclose the truth. Its my guess that the lack of forth coming actually leds one to conclude that foriegn agents have infiltrated these agencies themselves. Why are there elements within our government that continue to accuse the radical right wing of commitiing crimes they have not commited (OKC and the Anthrax Attacks). These accusations are undemocratic, unpatriotic and border line treason. McViegh had NO connection to militia groups. He was not a member of ANY radical right wing poltiical groups. He was an eventual military reject that had some type of anti-american revelation during the Gulf War in Iraq.

Now that we know members of Bin Ladens Terrorist Organizations are agressively inquiring into a crude nuclear bomb, investigating possible terrorist connections to OKC and the Anthrax attacks should be priority number one.
