No matter how hard the media tries to downplay every year, each September comes along and we REMEMBER because it was horrific to those of us who were removed by just television. I cannot even imagine the horror for those who had to make that terrible choice of leaving a burning building for space and death, for those brave firemen and policement who deliberately ran into those buildings, for the heroes on Flight 93, etc. NO, we will NEVER, EVER forget 9/11 and it should be the compelling force for our voting in every election to having only loyal, pro American leaders in Congress, in the White HOuse! I'm sick of those who put political correctness first, who try to blame America for what happened that day, for those who would bend over to those murderers and allow worse to happen on our soil because they would diminish the events that forever changed our country.

I have the 911 Inside video shot by the two French brothers who happened to be filming a documentary on the FDNY. It has the only footage shot from inside the towers. In it you can hear the sound of the bodies of the jumpers hitting the ground. Even the veteran firemen are horrified when they realilze what they are hearing. Never forget. Never forgive.

I agree: however, I don't recall any MSM images of jumpers. Only here on FR have I ever seen still photos of those poor souls - nevermind video.

It's important, just as it was for me to watch the beheading videos. Those messed with my head BADLY but the horror was necessary to make it clear what sort of creature our enemy is. Every friggin anti-WOT peacenik on the face of the earth should be made to watch until they understand.

This is from the Moussaoui trial prosecution evidence website. There is far more. Tough stuff to watch, but I think it's important it's not brushed aside. People need to remember how bad this was. Last night Discovery Channel's "Inside 9/11" was shown and I had a very hard time falling asleep after watching it. It was a docu drama style enactment with interviews and was very disturbing to see the perspective from those trapped inside the building. But one of the best interviews was with the woman named Josephine who survived the tower collapse in the WTC stairwell with a handful of firefighters. She said she never wants anyone to forget because she is sure those who attacked the WTC are coming back again.
