Take the Republican party.
Subtract almost all the pro-life crowd.
Subtract those who believe in the right to keep and bear arms.
You now have a much smaller party than the Democrat party.
Some say that Rootie will pick up the "security moms". Not so. When Hillary is on the dem ticket the "security moms" will become "gender voters" in a heartbeat.
Hillary can and will crush Rootie very flat and thin.
That is what will happen if Rootie gets the nomination.
I look at Thompson’s VOTES in the Senate to see what I need to see. I trust him more than I do the ‘Catholic in Name Only’ candidates who SAY they are ‘personally opposed’ to abortion, but they vote FOR abortion every change they get.

Many clearly are. It's great to see some more facts come out about Thompson, though it may give his most dedicated fans a stroke. Just as well - they have been shrill and narrow when it comes to every other candidate, now lets see how they cope with information like this.

Intresting that a supposed “Libertarian” is so desperate to slime Thompson. Sounds to me like Thompson is his ideological soul mate so why the pathetic need by this supposed “Libertarian” to go after him?
Something about this story stinks. Either the “Libertarian” writing this is not really a Libertarian or the story is not quite accurate.
