Please freep the poll as a show of force against the sickos at the station who are asking people if Terri's feeding tube should be removed.
Thanks for your help. It is at the bottom right.

If the poll is still up can you help bump the thread here so some people can vote to offset any morning people in FLA who may vote yes?

You know, I was just thinking, that many people just vote "yes" on this poll because it's the top choice, above "no".
I'm beginning to see this as I get more tired.
Sometimes when I go to vote, I almost feel drawn to the "yes" box. Not because of any real merit, of course, but just because it's the first choice. It's harder to go to the "no" box!
Can you believe that??!!
Psychologists say that most people would rather answer "Yes" to a poll than "No", regardless of the question. I remember studying this, since I majored in Psych, and we had to make up a poll, for Social Psych class. The way you phrase the questions means EVERYTHING.
Some people who answer "yes" might also want Terri to eat on her own, since the question only asks if the feeding tube should be removed.
They should phrase the question like this:
"Do you believe Terri Schiavo should have a chance to live and recover?"
I'll bet you get a lot of "Yes" votes for that one.

It's been one thing after another at our house, and I haven't been here for a few...now trying to batten down the hatches since we are in the direct path of Isabel. I was wondering yesterday if these cunning serpents would pull something like this while everyone is distracted. They desperately want to set this precedent. The first results of the poll at the beginning of this thread are truly, truly revolting. I can only hope that you'all are correct in thinking that people do not understand the question. God Bless all of you who have waged this battle on Terri's behalf. You are Saints in my book, and I don't believe there's any difference between the 'leaders' who allow this and the 'terrorists', either.

I agree! Also someone earlier mentioned that maybe the people don't understand the question or else have been told lies about this case. You know how the media likes to slant things!
