If it is His desire to save everyone why is not everyone saved then? Why did he not choose a universal atonment?

C'mon, Mom, this has been asked and answered three or four times. God offers, but He does not compel. He allows us the dignity of making our free choice.

Of what value is a compelled "love"? Would you not prefer that your children love you of their own free choice, not out of compulsion or threat of punishment?
